Myself and my daughter love Jenny’s Zumba and yoga classes. Jenny is so friendly and full of energy and she makes the classes so enjoyable. Looking forward to her Pilates classes too.

No rowing machines in the Ladies only…
No rowing machines in the Ladies only room.
Of the 4 rowing machines in the upstairs main gym 1 has broken foot straps and 1 keeps reverting back to the main screen so unable to record statistics or progress.
One of the 2 treadmills in the ladies only room has a broken reset button which needs replacing

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
If you have any concerns about equipment or would like an update on the timescales of when a scheduled fix will take place, please speak with a member of staff in the club or email the manager of your club on newport@jdgyms.co.uk.

Limited equipment in the ladies gym. The equipment that is there is dirty, damaged or rusty. No anti-bac wipes are provided to wipe down equipment after use.

No staff on site as far as I could…
No staff on site as far as I could tell. The toilet seat was literally falling off, which is disgusting. Gym equipment good, but quite worn, I will give it the months trial, but they need to sharpen up on basics.
