Good place to work with a great team, good kit along with a mad bunch of crazy but good members

Gym is well equipped and you can generally get on the equipment you need. Flexible hours to train. Staff are very helpful.

I’ve been a member at JD Rochdale since 2017. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community where I’ve met some amazing friends for life! All the team are so lovely, our PT Matt is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet! Facilities are great, love the classes but just wish there were more! :D

Fab gym, lovely staff, great classes and good variety of well maintained equipment 💪 just wish people weren’t so lazy and put their weights back on the stands provided 🥵

Great gym with accessibility and variety in equipment.
- variety of cardio, free weights and machines to assist you with every fitness need you have whether beginner or expert
- open 24 hours, so it’s flexible for anyone, I prefer mornings between 8:30am 10, so you can drop in anytime.
- staff are welcoming and friendly when approached.
- one little issue- the Sauna is never open, there is always some issue with it, and almost closed everyday.
- but great facility to shower and a space to store our stuff in the lockers in changing rooms

I have been coming to this year since it opened. The environment, staff and classes are amazing and welcoming! Even since moving to the other side of the world down under, coming back I do have to say it is one of my favourite gyms!!

Love the Jd gym, I feel so confident and love using all the machines, staff are very kind and helpful. I’d just recommend more bins and more cleaning equipment.

The new gym equipment are brilliant and variety is alot to choose from. The workers are all polite. 2nd week and enjoying the motivation.

Gym is equipped with almost everything needed. Parking is sorted and safe. Staff is great but the best part is personal training - should you want one. I am sure every JD trainer would be great but I can vouch for the one I'm attached with- Joel. This young bloke knows what is required and how it's done. No matter if you are on weight reduction journey, into Hyrox or weight training, he is the right kind of support for you to achieve your goals. If you are planning to join JD gym Rochdale, ask for Joel and have few sessions with him. You won't be disappointed.

Easily the best gym in Rochdale. Top, clean equipment. Great vibe. Great staff. Everything you need to get stronger & fitter. Love the place!
