Me and my partner picked my engagement ring from Jessica Flinn so as soon as we started looking at wedding rings I knew I needed to go back! It's such a lovely experience and feels so personal unlike a lot of the high street jewelry shops. I've just received our wedding rings today and I'm totally in love! Would definitely recommend regardless of your style as they really do cater for everyone.

The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from booking the appointment to many emails and picking up the ring. The rings are beautiful works of art really, the nicest rings I could find in the UK after spending a lot of time looking online and in high street jewellers. They take you through the process of picking a style you like and even choosing the shapes, colours and sizes of the stones, they also have a CAD service which means they can make rings to fit with existing rings you may already have. They have a wide range of gorgeous and very unique stones available, would definitely recommend.

They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and created a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece that exceeded all expectations.

Not only was the design process smooth and enjoyable, but the communication throughout was flawless. I was kept informed at every step, and the team was always quick to respond to any questions I had. To top it all off, the ring was delivered ahead of schedule, which was an absolute bonus.

I couldn’t recommend Jessica Flinn more! The women who helped us were so welcoming to me and my partner when we went to look at engagement rings, we felt very welcome, given a glass of Prosecco, and not at all rushed. We walked away the same day with a perfect ring that we were both delighted with, and with all the support for insurance and care etc. A lovely place to shop with very knowledgeable and delightful staff.

After researching ethical jewellery designers in the North I found Jessica Flinn through Instagram. The rings looked gorgeous and with so many good reviews I decided to go for it.
My journey started with a virtual appointment with Lydia my fantastic contact throughout the process, where we discussed what I was looking for, and was shown a few styles online. I then booked an in person appointment at the showroom. I wanted a custom design engagement ring with a unique coloured gem stone. I arranged an appointment at the show room and was able to try many different styles and view the vast array of different gems stones stocked. (Jessica Flinn offer a service to source stones too if needed.)

I chose a custom design service based on an existing ring design, with an alternative stone shape and engraving.

Lydia and team kept me updated throughout the process, and on collecting the ring at the end of the design process I was over the moon!

I emailed Jessica Flinn enquiring about an engagement ring in August. I was greeted by a friendly response and arranged for a video call to discuss the ring in more detail.

The whole experience was really enjoyable and the team were really flexible and understanding throughout. There were many occasions where I felt a little indecisive but they were always encouraging and helped guide my decision with their expertise. I also had quite a tight deadline which they felt was unachievable in the short time but managed to fast-track my order to get it to me on time.

I had such an enjoyable experience throughout and would definitely recommend to anyone! For me personally, I felt in safe hands with a company who openly support LGBTQIA+ people and was made to feel comfortable and reassured.

Went to the showroom to purchase wedding rings for myself and my husband. We had a great experience and felt really well looked after. My husband only wanted a simple band and they were able to suggest a cobalt ring which was marked down as they were discontinuing it. Ordered online and we love it. Super shiny! I was able to try on lots of different options (and they have so many beautiful rings!) and found one which fitted beautifully with my engagement ring. On a second visit they were able to take a mould of my engagement ring and using their bespoke design service they made the ring match it as closely as possible. I’m really pleased with the final result, it looks beautiful and fits perfectly. We travelled all the way to Sheffield from Hertfordshire and it was 100% worth it.

My partner and I reached out to the Jessica Flinn Team as I had no idea what I wanted out of an engagement ring. Lydia spoke to us via video call and we discussed some options, and were able to visit the showroom not long after. We began the process of a bespoke design and from start to finish, the team were responsive and patient… sending across goodness knows how many stones to choose from and ultimately letting me reset one they already had in another ring that was just perfect. I liked that they offer a bespoke service but also so many ready to go/easy to adapt options to choose from; it made the design process less stressful as there were rings to view with all different features for inspiration. I loved receiving the 3D mock up and the visuals along the way. I’m so pleased that we chose Jessica Flinn for this journey - the service and care has been excellent.

I came to Jessica Flynn to source a bespoke engagement ring. I am absolutely blown away by how amazing their whole team are. From the initial recommendations of types of ring settings to help me bring my idea to life, to the final design, production of a CAD drawing and the best customer service I’ve ever had from any company I’ve ever dealt with. They were very patient with my inability to commit to a design and were so helpful aiding me through the decision process; the mechanics behind certain stone types/shapes and the differences between metals and how they pair up with different stone shapes to ensure longevity and endurance for the ring. I cannot recommend JF highly enough. They are the best in the game for sure!
