We had an excellent experience with the team who were really friendly and very knowledgeable and guided us clearly through the process. We had a custom piece of jewellery made to commemorate a special date and we are delighted - it’s absolutely stunning.

When my fiancée and I came to pick our wedding rings the woman we saw was lovely, she put us at ease straight away. We were well informed about different types of diamonds and she was very helpful with what would go best with my engagement ring. Would definitely go back.

The whole experience of choosing our wedding rings has been wonderful. Lydia has been super helpful and extra patient. All of the rings were truly beautiful. Wish we'd found them sooner and my engagement ring would probably have been from there too!

I contacted JessicaFlinnJewellery as I was looking for a bespoke engagement ring. We had issues with big jewellery retailers as they “couldn’t make the ring”, “it would be to hard to find a black diamond” and they would take days to reply to emails. But Olivia at JessicaFlinn was excellent. Very fast replies and on the ball. She was very understanding and helped me design the ring and source the perfect diamond for the ring. As this is the first time I’ve done this, Olivia ensured me through the whole process and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Olivia, you were fantastic!

Beautiful jewellery with great customer service

We went to Jessica Flinn for our wedding rings - a custom shaped ring for me and a hidden inlay design for my husband. This was one of the few places that had wedding bands for men that had a little bit of an extra something to them, which you really don’t get much option for when it comes to mens rings. The experience from trying on designs in the showroom, to choosing our final rings, to collecting them well ahead of the wedding, everyone we spoke with was super friendly and happy to help. They were genuinely interested in helping us work out what would be right for us, even if it meant going elsewhere (which we had to do for the engagement ring in the end).
The final products are super high quality and came out exactly as we wanted. I would highly recommend using Jessica Flinn for any jewellery, not just wedding rings!

We travelled to Jessica Flinn all the way from Croydon to find our dream wedding rings and it was well worth the long journey. Helen was fantastic and suggested some gorgeous rings on top of my favourites to go with my engagement ring. I was very indecisive as they were all so beautiful but she was honest and very helpful with her opinions and suggestions. She helped me both me and my partner pick the perfect rings and I can’t wait for them to arrive!
