Custom Mug

Ordered the product on March 17. Was emailed 2x the product was going to be delivered and then got an email saying it was delayed. It is now April 4 and it was suppose to be delivered today by 9pm, still have not received it. I will never order from this company again.

I was disappointed that you can’t read…

I was disappointed that you can’t read the coin at all!!! The print is soooo tiny that thankfully I saved my order so I could tell my husband what I had chosen. The coin is large enough to make the font larger, the fact that I paid $30 dollars for something that can’t even be read was disappointing to say the least.

It finally came

I love the mug I bought for a friend, however my experience with you was not at all nice. The order was delayed, sent to California when I live in Ohio and did not arrive when the notice said it would. I had given up and figured you cheated me but it finally came

Everything is top notch

My experience with Jesusspirit has been great, they really care. They get back to you quickly. They’re a wonderful company. I’ ve ordered several things for myself and family and everything is top notch .

No More Business With Jesuspirit

I placed an order with Jesuspirit on March 8th. To date, I have not yet received my order even though, according to tracking information, a UPS label was created on March 23rd, 10 days ago! Jesuspirit keeps thanking me for my patience and understanding. I am completely OUT OF PATIENCE because they are obviously lying to me. If a UPS label has been created, I should have had further shipping information no more than 3 days following that. I will NEVER AGAIN do business with Jesuspirit.

Product is not what is advertised

Product is not what is advertised. The quality of the products on the website look great and that’s what you expect but when you receive the actual product it’s terrible in comparison and looks so cheap. Overpriced for what you receive, extremely disappointing and when I reached out about returning the product there is zero communication from the company.

Very slow delivery

Very slow delivery of the order. The item ordered was not as high quality as I thought it would be based on the price but I suppose it is typical of Chinese items.

The products seem of good quality

The products seem of good quality. The shipping process needs some tweaking especially when you pay the extra for priority production and shipping and still have to wait a long time to get the items.
