Item smells

The main item arrived 5 days late and the item came from China and it smells bad. I'm Not a satisfied customer. I wish I could get a refund but had my daughter's name put on the wallet.

The perfect gift for someone special

I absolutely love what I ordered for my friend and so did she. It’s difficult to find personalised items that are suitable for christians. I’d never seen anything like this before.
Excellent communication.
Arrived quicker than expected.

Inspiration & Encouragement

Love that I get to send a token of faith that reminds them of me. From the well made pouches to the inspiration of encouragement with each letter of our names. Definitely recommend this products to other for all occasions.

Misleading

Ordered April 27 because the website showed an estimated delivery of May 7–12 for a Mother’s Day gift. I also paid extra for priority production and even added a tip expecting faster processing.

Throughout the process, I received conflicting emails saying the order was “in transit,” while tracking still showed the carrier had not received the package and another email later stated it was still in production.

Despite paying for priority production, the item did not actually ship until about 11–12 business days later. Very frustrating and misleading experience so far.

Would not recommended!

I was very disappointed I paid 50…

I was very disappointed I paid 50 dollars just to get something that’s not as big as the picture and it won’t sit up like the ad said this was a scam!

Buyer Beware!

Ridiculous experience with this company! I purchased a Bible cover based on the measurements on their site which I would assume they post there so you can measure your Bible and pick the right size. When I got the cover, the Bible would not fit as the interior dimensions were almost an inch shorter. They agreed with what I was saying, offered a 20% discount on a new one, then a 40% discount. When I responded that the owness was on them to send a replacement, they indicated they would and then some time later said they would not, and the best they could offer was a 50% discount. I had to formally request a charge back from my bank in order to make this right since the company doesn’t know how to do the right thing! And on top of that, this was a confirmation gift for a loved one and now they still need a Bible cover.

Order still hasn't been fulfilled

I placed my order on May 1, 2026 and it still hasn't been fulfilled nor has there been any updates provided. When I went to the website to contact support I was unable to submit a ticket because it wants me to select a reason for the ticket but nothing is available under the drop down menu. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and the level of communication.

Disappointed with shipping.

The products I ordered were beautiful. But I was concerned that I didn't get the final plaque until the day before Mother's Day and they were gifts for my lady. Also, the size of the plaques were smaller than expected and the lack of communication of Jesuspirit was lacking. I haven't decided if I will order anything else going forward.
