Une commande passée le 1er mai, mais surprise car j'ai eu dans la foulée une seconde commande avec 2 autres articles (buse tuyau d'arrosage). Me rendant compte que ce site n'était pas du tout fiable, j'ai aussitot demandé à Paypal l'annulation de ce paiement (65,89 et 63,98 euros), bien entendu tout a été débité sur mon compte bancaire.
J'essaie d'envoyer des mails à Jetterix (Commerce CORE UAB) mais on me dit que l'adresse est fausse, donc il m'est vraiment impossible de les joindre.
Bref, je pense que je me suis bien faite avoir,

I JUST ORDERED; IT SAID $44 AND I WAS BILLED OVER $200. GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THE BBB AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER. WHEN I CALLED, NO ONE ANSWERED. I saw something on a response from customer service from Poland. (At least it said Poland) Folks, the website is tricking all of us. We thought we were buying ONE for $44, but they put some strange number hashtag (not like sites here that ask ‘quantity). The response to me was you can return within 30 days—that will be fun. Everyone who is unhappy, make a complaint to The Better Business Bureau (BBB). Click file a complaint. My husband and I are vets. I was a teacher for over 20 years. We must take a stand to stop this kind of bait and switch (allegedly, until I know for sure) activity.

Had a little problem understanding due to talking to fast

Responsive customer service; however product is lacking. First hose came damaged. Second hose was not damaged but does NOT fit into a standard garden hose and I want to return it.

Took nearly 2 weeks to received the jet washer attachment and when it arrived I've never been more disappointed.
Firstly it doesn't stay attached to a regular hozelock connector, when you switch the water on it pops off straight away.
I did manage to hold it in place but there's ZERO improvement in water pressure. Total waste of money.

Return requested and customer service response immediate

The support team are very quick and efficient. It is a pity I had to use them because the amazing hose gun advertised failed to live up to the hype. Nevertheless, I got a 25% refund and kept it.

Easy. But hard to find the invoice

I bought 2 Pressure Nozzle and same day delivery shipping, It is already 1 week and nothing arrived yet. Client service cannot cancel the reservation until it arrives and then I need to return. Call center is in the United States and waiting time is very long… not recommended.

After nothing appeared for two weeks, I suspected that I had been scammed and sent the company a rather rude email. After some heated correspondence, the thing eventually arrived. Whether it works or not hardly matters.

To many offers kept the process from moving forward and the no thanks option was purposely small, I’m glad that a read through carefully and not get sucked into something I did not want. Be more customer friendly.

Friendly, but I didn’t receive instructions on how to return product as requested.

Immediately contacted them (about 15 minutes), they said "warehouse already shipped them"

I googled best portable jet wash, and Jetterix came top, charged me nearly £70 for just a hosepipe attachment, not much different to normal hosepipe attachment, total rip off 😢

Update: The company rep replied today and was once again stalling to help me process a full refund by offering me a 25% refund and keep the items. Then 50% then 75%. The items are not usable. I finally got them to give me an address to return the items for a full refund (at my expense). I will update here if/when I actually receive my refund. If it is not processed promptly I will pursue thge refund through my credit card.

I have been in touch with Jetterix regarding my recent order. The items are not threaded correctly and will not work on any hose - tested on mine and neighbors. I contacted Jetterix via phone and held for over an hour with no answer so I tried email. The company is stalling on sending me a Return Authorization Code. I am being told they cannot find my order with my email even though they are responding right to my order receipt with the correct email. After multiple emails, I am getting no reply now. I spent over $110 and the very odd thing is when searching my credit card, I found 2 odd amounts that add up to the correct total.

Déçue. Lorsque l’on regarde les vidéos "prometteuses" on s’aperçoit que l’embout n’est pas le même que celui livré et donc beaucoup moins efficace.
