10/10 Customer Service
My experience with Jiffy customer service is what keeps me coming back. I order garments and prints weekly. They are quick to respond to any issues with garments and prints and back their products. It’s nice having a company to rely on to make things right. Although I have had my issues with prints and coloring-they always help and make the process smooth.

I love these bags. They are great to embroider on. The Customer Service at Jiffy is excellent. One of my bags was damaged and they resolved the issue quickly.

Order item by accident and immediately…
Order item by accident and immediately attempted to cancelled. The website states orders can be cancel if requested in a 30 minute window after ordering. I requested immediately and they tell me the order was already shipped. Liars, how can they ship that fast? I can’t believe they lie over a small item.

Customer Service. There was a technical error in the section where you give specific instructions on items ordered...but when in contacted customer service, and expressed the urgency of meeting a deadline to have these products, one representative there made sure on her end that the order was processed correctly , shipped and delivered before the deadline. I have ordered many times from your company because of your quality work, prompt shipment and now amazibg customer service
