I have always ordered from jiffy but for the past few times, it hasnt been the great quality that it normally is. This past order, I purchased dtf transfers and they were bent in some spots and had dirt/debris on the back of the transfer. I the box was all messed up and opened. I feel like this was not 100% jiffys fault but it could be taped better so it doesnt get damaged during delivery.

I am missing 3 tank tops from my order I been trying to contact someone about it but haven’t heard anything. I contacted someone the day after I got order but never heard back. So I am hoping someone gets back to soon.

I have been buying from jiffy for years. The shirts, bags, hats etc. part of the business has mostly been great for me. When I started purchasing DTF prints, it has been a huge headache. 9 out of 10 orders have been incorrect. Although they always make it right by way of replacements/corrections, it is a lot of extra time and headache to deal with.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because although the shirts are of great quality, the color I ordered (Tennessee Orange) doesn’t look the same in person as the way it looks online. The orange appears almost neon colored, which doesn’t match our theme color. The shirts are for our family reunion and I needed them printed in a timely manner so I didn’t bother to return them. They still turned out very nice.

I use to ALWAYS order my shirts from
here till it took over a week to get my Father’s Day shirts in (and I could not fill my orders) and no one would hardly communicate with me about them.. Trying to talk to someone on this site is horrible! I have now taken my business elsewhere. I will no longer be buying shirts from here..

This is the second order in a row that showed up late due to "warehouse delays" and you can't get real help from the chat support because it's AI and not a real person. There was never a question of "how can we make this right" the chat bot basically says, sorry about that is there anything else we can help with? I'm definitely going to explore other options in the future.
