Order cancelled, hard to reach customer service
Order cancelled without explanation. Reaching someone for assistance was a headache. Took me sending a request to find out why my order was cancelled. Was told because I need to reset my password and enable two factor authentication. Weird, still without my order and waiting on a refund.

My transfers didn’t come till after I sent emails asking where they were. They were for people for the holidays and i didn’t get them till 2 days before so it was too late to get them out.
