Martin and Paul did a great job and were helpful and friendly, even though it’s a tricky old terrace house with narrow doors and they had to go through a narrow alleyway at the back with some of the larger pieces

Pre delivery communication was great! Told a few days before what date would be delievered then given a time slot the day before. Drivers called and text when they were 20 mins away which was great!
Stuart & Stephen we’re lovely , very friendly. They were happy to manoeuvre around obstacles even when we offered to move things for them , they were happy to just crack on and deliver our goods with no disruption to us! Thank you

Took receipt of my garden furniture delivery today. Stephen and Stuart were great. Very friendly and helpful. No issues with the delivery service at all.

John and Pam delivered and assembled my bar table/fire pit and chairs this morning.
Although I had an issue with the supplier passing on the wrong phone number they had tried to contact me to keep me informed. They were efficient professional and friendly and when the job was completed I was given clear experienced instructions on how to use and care for my delivery. They were a lovely couple!

Received a text message saying delivery would be 01/06 between 10-1. On 01/06 at 12 received a text message saying delivery was cancelled and they would be in touch with a new date. Now 03/06, heard nothing from Jigsaw, left 3 voice messages and no response.
Would never use again.

Great service from Jigsaw Warehousing and Distribution. I got a text and email confirming delivery. ETA was updated regularly via the tracking tool. Stuart and Stephen called 20 minutes in advance of arrival. Really polite and friendly . Delivered and put together our table and chairs with zero fuss , positioned it for me and checked all the packaging and rubbish was gone before leaving- real pleasure dealing with them. Thank you !
