Regina at Lush in Manchester Arndale today was exceptionally lovely and really helpful. Even though it was her first shift, as I found out later she was really knowledgeable and super friendly. Awesome outfit, love how Lush doesn't impose dress cose standards on their staff. Killer boots to die for. Hope to see her again in there on my next visit.

Me han hecho un regalo con todos los productos hechos en mayo que caducan en una semana o mejor antes dentro de una semana. Es que sois tontos de verdad. He dejado de comprar estos productos caros y mal vendidos desde hace tiempo. Claramente hay demasiada gente que no sabes lo que haces. El embalaje destrozado con una bomba para la ducha sin embalaje destrozada, asi que vamos a limpiar este desastre, mejor que gastar tiempo a devolver esta mixxxa de regalo

Net mijn bestelling binnen gekregen, heel blij mee. Waar ik van baal is dat Lush promoot verpakkingsvrij te zijn maar ik krijg 2 shampoobars en 1 flesje van 250 ml in een doos waar makkelijk 5 kg aan producten in kan worden verpakt helemaal gevuld met opvulmateriaal wat waarschijnlijk wel biologisch afbreekbaar is, maar toch. Heel jammer Lush zo sla je de plank toch mis.

Met de producten ben ik elke keer superblij, maar waarom gebruikt Lush (als een van de weinigen, gelukkig!) nog steeds die verschrikkelijk nare niet-recyclebare polystyreen opvulchips in de online bestelde verzendingen? Ik heb zo'n hekel aan die dingen: 5 sterren aftrek. 3 sterren erbij omdat jullie zeepkes zo heerlijk ruiken en zelf geen verpakking hebben... ik zou echt verwachten dat jullie wel iets miljeuvriendelijkers kunnen bedenken dan polystyreen!

EDIT: shame on me - ik begrijp nu dat de opvulchips zijn gemaakt van zetmeel. Inderdaad hield ik er een onder de kraan en die smolt gewoon weg... briljant. Ik zou 8 sterren geven als het kon. Kan alleen nog beter als ze eetbaar zijn en bv gerecyled konden worden als pannekoekmeel ;-)

Tricia from customer care was incredibly helpful in dealing with my complaint and facilitated a refund (voucher) very quickly (within one working day). Some of the best customer service I've experienced. Lovely people and great service.

Ik was vandaag bij de Lush in Antwerpen en werd geholpen door een hele lieve jongedame Ash. Super behulpzaam en gepassioneerd door haar vak. Ze weet je helemaal mee te nemen in de wereld van Lush. Een hele fijne ervaring en ik kom zeker terug. Een aanrader!

Visited my daughter in Oxford on Bank Holiday Monday and popped into Lush in Westgate. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. They offered some great advice over our slippery shower jellies! It is that perfect balance of being helpful and making recommendations but without being hard sell.

Came in looking for some dry shampoo and got a whole new hair care routine, the employees were very helpful, especially Lucy, she was amazing! Thanks so much x

The staff were very friendly but one staff member stood out above all others, a big thankyou to Jen. You happily took your time to talk with me about my sons skin condition, didn't push and was genuinely happy to help, with the fantastic service I received I would definitely return and tell my friends. We had an amazing experience at your Chelmsford branch yesterday. We were welcomed which was a lovely touch to the shopping experience and staff went out of their way to help us. I can not speak highly enough of Meadow who took the time to help my daughter chose a Mothers day gift and was so kind. Star employee! Customer service was 5 star!

Ik was bij de lush in de Westfield mall of the Netherlands. Hele aardige medewerkers en ze gingen alles wat je wilde helemaal demonstreren. Ze hielpen goed met cadeaus uit kiezen (geuren die op elkaar lijken enz.) En het was erg mooi verpakt.

Ik wil graag even melden hoe fantastisch ik geholpen ben in de winkel van Lush, Hoog Catharijne. Zo een persoonlijke service, daarbij een mooie tester gekregen en een spray van mijn lievelingsluchtje. Daar wordt een mens heel blij van, wat een leuke positieve ervaring!

Lush heeft veruit de meest geduldige en aardige klantenservice die ik in tijden heb meegemaakt.
Probleem werd meteen serieus genomen en direct opgelost.
Zowel aan de telefoon als via de mail.
Heel erg tevreden dus.

My friends and I visited the Bournemouth branch of Lush on Sunday 8th January 2023, and we received such wonderful service from the lovely Hannah (with the funky fringe)! She took so much time and trouble to explain the products and gave us demonstrations about exciting various bath and body lotions, potions and bathbombs! We were all very very impressed by her and of course the gorgeous Lush items we purchased! She is an excellent representive of Lush and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Bournemouth.

I used Lush in Worcester to hold my daughters 10th birthday party. I would highly recommend the party service they offer , the girls had a fabulous fun filled hour and a half. The party was run by Tammy and Ryan - they were great too- high energy and well organised - Activities, games and dancing , non stop fun ! The party bags supplied by Lush were amazing- great feedback from parents. 10 out of 10
