Beautiful watch, the packaging is awesome. Cannae wait to wear no 303. It really is Braw 👌

The service was fine.
The watch feels cheap and definitely not worth £170.
I would not recommend or buy again.

Excellent communication and the watch is amazing, love it

I saw the NT watch on Facebook and thought I would have a look at the web site. When I read your story about the entrepreneurs start up and that this was the end product, I was very impressed and looked at the rest of the collection. The easy or purchasing was also a good experience and then the watch arrived within the two day period. So an all round great experience and a great product. I will be looking to make further purchase from JJ Monaghan Watches.

Great website with plenty of photos and information on the watches. A lovely introduction into who the owner is and how he started the business as well. The watch looks amazing, really good presentation and packaging, and it was delivered within 2 days.

Simple ordering system, great customer service and amazing quality watches, ordered 2 Scotland NT Stainless and the Wallace .

The watch I purchased was very well presented and packaged. I was kept informed on shipping and delivery. Excellent product and service. I would highly recommend using JJ Monaghan.

The watch I bought is of high quality, and looks amazing.

Nice looking ,good condition ,working well. Good packaging.

We had unfortunately ordered two watches by mistake but the company reacted quickly and cancelled my daughters order and left mine intact great customer service can’t tell you anything about the watch as it’s pre ordered havnt received it yet

Given I ordered on a Sunday and paid for 1 to 3 day delivery. It doesn’t feel right to have a survey request on day working day 2 . If goods don’t turn up tomorrow working day 3 that may change . Looking forward to the delivery and will review when then the watch arrived

Wanted to say watch has turned up . Exceptional value for money and really pleased at my purchase. Service has been top notch. Even the immediate response back and delivery refund .
You have a fan and will look at next purchase and follow new ranges with a keen eye on next purchase.
Would happily pay more for more bespoke options if that was a future service but for now thank you for a great addition to my collection.
The Wallace is terrific….

The watch is absolutely gorgeous. Jason stayed in touch with me when my package was lost all the way until it was recovered. The craftsmanship put in these timepieces is phenomenal!
