2nd purchase from watches of Whitby and another great experience, no pressure whatsoever as I was deciding between two watches they had in
I’ve dealt with AD’s and I have to say the staff here are friendly, polite and nothing but helpful
I even asked if the deposit id paid could be transferred to the other watch I was looking at if I changed my mind, and was told that’s not a problem
I’ve sold 3 watches to Watches of Whitby and this is also quick and smooth and payment made on the spot
I won’t look anywhere else now for a watch and would advise others to pop in, you won’t be disappointed

Having never bought a Watch via distance / post before was a bit aprehensive , but there was no need . A Fantastic experience on a very rare watch . Packaging was Bullet Proof , Special D next day , some nice unexpected touches were included such as a protective Travel pouch and a cleaning cloth , a small pouch to carry the Watch tags - just made it feel extra special and is a very nice touch . The Watch itself was perfect , stunning item all as described .
The staff were extra helpfull . All in all a great experience .

Fantastic service from start to finish when purchasing a Rolex JC, a reliable and trustworthy service. Watch was advertised as a 9/10 but on inspection was definitely a 10/10. A team I know I could trust in future.

Fantastic experience with Watches of Whitby. Recently purchased a pre-owned Rolex submariner and the process was seamless. The watch received was in excellent condition and as described on their website. Initially had reservations about purchasing online but speaking with the team and walking through the process I was made comfortable and assured. Following settling the full payment, my watch arrived next day. Honestly feel like I have bought a new watch without having the indefinite wait time…I would thoroughly recommend Watches of Whitby if you are considering a pre-owned watch. Great all round service and offer a good range of luxury pre-owned watches at competitive prices.

This is my second purchase from Watches of Whitby and I’ve had another great experience. The team are really friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference when you’re buying a watch. They’re always happy to answer questions and you can tell they genuinely know what they’re talking about.

Everything felt professional from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Delivery was also very quick, which was a nice bonus.

Its very rare in this day and age, I find, to have a perfect service from end to end of any purchase. They went over and above to help us with an issue we had with a ring we had bought - after having it inspected by the supplier and a third party they addressed the problem by replacing the ring without any charge. Presumably they had identified a quality issue and rather than push us to pay for a repair they must have stood their ground with a supplier on our behalf. This was a fantastic outcome especially given that the ring was out of warranty - technically we assume that they didn't have to do that for us - but they did.

Why has it taken me so long to write a review?......I've bought numerous watches from Watches of Whitby over the years from outright sales to part exchanges to others. I found them on Instagram and it went from there. Great advise/service from the owners and staff and attention to detail with supplying all the little extra bits that collectors look for example tags sent in own little branded pouches not just thrown in the box by the side of you expensive watch free to dance around on the way home☝️... Take note this is how watches should be presented and when buying online ( which I had never done before and was nervous about to be honest) from them this makes all the difference. Family owned and run and it shows. 👏👏👏
