Jack was very helpful in identifying the correct part and quickly processed my order. It was dramatically cheaper than a Land Rover price but it is a genuine LR part. The order arrived the next day. Cannot praise them high enough

Needed a new wing mirror for our discovery sport. With so many features, I contacted them using WhatsApp. Received excellent support and advice including a discount code!

New wing mirror did have some minor scuffs but they said it would before purchase so have no problem with that. Price was really low compared to main dealer and part fitted a treat.

First time buyer from JLR Parts and what a great experience. Sent a question re a replacement tail light but wasn't sure which part was correct for my car. Jack responded speedily, and the online purchase was quick and easy. The part arrived within 3 days as stated. Although this is a brand new light, it is surplus stock and they tell you in advance that since the part has been in storage it may have light scratches or scuffs. But I was pleasantly surprise, it really is brand new with no signs of any marks, and it works perfectly. And at a great price! A super customer experience!
