Had a great experience from start to finish with purchasing a new car. Wayne was always pleasant, knowledgable and always available to discuss and answer any questions I had. I made an appointment to see him and the car which was shown on time and it was exactly what Wayne had shown me when he sent me the video. Really happy

I went to Northwest Trade Centre in Preston unannounced to buy a Kia Sportage, however when I got there they said it wasn't there, even though they emailed me in the morning to say they did have it.

Unfortunately, vehicle availability can sometimes change quickly due to high demand, and it seems this wasn’t communicated to you clearly before your visit — for that, we sincerely apologise.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing our internal processes to ensure updates like this are shared more promptly with customers.

Super Easy
After seeing a vehicle online I liked, I popped in while passing by, and was greeted by Nathan. Within the space of 10 minutes we went through all the details and my options, and came out with a deal. The whole process was made super easy by Nathan, and in total only took 15 minutes of discussion to fully complete a purchase. Couldn't recommend more, if youre after a simple deal.
