Originally got in touch because of a minor issue with the clasp on my dress and support was able to quickly and efficiently fix my issue. Ive always had a great experience ordering from you guys. You have very good quality dresses that have lasted me for YEARS and i love how the designs i see on your website are different from what i see on most websites i feel as if you have a unique catalog which i love. Customer support is also fast and responsive which is super helpful and appreciated! I cant wait to see what’s next in store <3

Sooo beautiful, I bought every color!! Great quality, very sturdy and beautifully crafted. Its a 3 piece set and i can wear it many times! I love this bag and I love JluxLabel.

Le manteau reçu ne correspond absolument pas aux photos du site ,alors que j'attendais un blanc pure, j'ai reçu un article de qualité médiocre, fabriqué en Chine, avec des finitions grossières et une couleur grisâtre. J'ai contacté le service après-vente en fournissant les preuves comparatives (photos du site vs produit reçu), mais ils refusent de reconnaître la non-conformité flagrante. Pire encore les frais de retour sont à ma charge et coûtent plus cher que l'article lui-même, ce qui rend tout remboursement impossible en pratique. Je déconseille fortement ce site : les visuels sont trompeurs et le SAV est inexistant face aux problèmes de qualité. Une pure perte d'argent

I love all of my items I've purchased from Jlux over the years. Their clothing is excellent quality at reasonable prices. However their pants and some dresses are for tall women so I often have to get alterations done

However, my last last order was missing a piece off the item, which didn’t upset me but was a bummer since it was a final sale. I decided to reach out and after contacting JLuxe, their prompt response allowed me to get a satisfactory resolution from them. There excellent communication and the way they resolved the issue, I definitely want to continue doing business with them.

The dress I ordered had some stain marks. I reached out to customer service and they were able to rectify the issue in less than 24 hours, which I truly appreciated. Since I purchased this dress for an event in two weeks, I’m so relieved the replacement will arrive in time and I won’t have to look for another option, especially because the one from Jluxlabel absolutely stunning! I’ll definitely continue to be a returning customer.

This is one of my favorite sites to shop from. There are always great selections to choose from, a variety of sizes, and prices are often reasonable. The only thing I would like to see different is when an item sells out that you can get it back in stock quicker.

The clothes are always of great quality! I would suggest allowing customers to review and give predictions with fit and sizing. The models are beautiful however hard to base your size sometimes. No issues with returns, and stellar customer service support and responses.

I recently ordered the Celestina dress for a wedding (I’m a bridesmaid). The quality of the dress is exceptional. I could not have asked for a better dress. It fits like a glove and the material of the dress is good quality. It’s double layered and a corset top that fits you nice and snug. The drapery is stunning. I am 5’3 and the length of the dress is just right with my heels. I am very pleased and cannot wait to wear the the Celestina dress!

Please don't change whoever supplies the materials to make these beautiful dresses! I have to give kudos to the designers. The dresses and everything are seo elegantly made with decency in mind. The old saying of not having all parts exposed at the same time plays well with Juxlabel clothes line! I love it!
