Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. Great service with Joe and team
Just came back from 5 nights away in Palma, on an Easyjet Holidays trip. Spotted Joe's details on FB and thought I'd enquire to see what different it would make using a holiday planner/advisor.
Came back very quickly the same day and helped me book. He matched the Easyjet price but then gave us the option of a further discount or seats together on the plain (we opted for the latter as it worked out cheaper than going through Easyjet direct).
Was kept informed throughout, they also checked us in online as soon as the option was open so that was one less thing to worry about.
Have already made a repeat booking for later in the year, happy to recommend.

How do I rate anything less than 5*?
Message or call to get a quote, quick and responsive with a mixture of automated responses and human input. It doesn't matter who deals with your query, you get the same phenominal service which is somewhat a rarity these days. Good deals available and quick booking via secure links then leave the rest to them.
I'll only ever book via them now.

Just returned from a fabulous week in the sun. Joe and his team made the whole booking and check in process so simple and straightforward no messing about booking seats etc Joe and his team took care of everything.

Easiest way to book a trip
We have used Joe several times now, and will continue to do so in future. The booking process/finding what you want is normally one of the most stressful parts of going away, but Joe and the team take all that away. Our upcoming trip to Disney would have been a nightmare to plan, had we not had Joe to do it all for us! Any queries are answered straight away, with a simple easy WhatsApp message.
Big thanks to Joe and the team for everything they have done, and everything I’m sure they will do in the future! 10/10 would recommend!

Been booking with Joe for quite a few years now and the service is the best!
Booked Dubai last year and after a tense few weeks of wondering if we were going or not and waiting for travel updates Emirates finally updated their refund policy. Within an hour of this Joe had called and we had sorted an alternative holiday out. 6 of us are travelling and with just over 3 weeks to go it wasn’t easy but Joe was patient and thorough and we are all super excited now. Keep up the good work. For anyone who hasn’t used Joe and his team, give them a go, you won’t be disappointed

I can’t recommend Joe and his team enough! Nothing is to much trouble for them, they manage to get my holiday cheaper than I could find , with guaranteed seats, when we arrive there was a lovely welcome letter from Joe with contact number if needed, even got a welcome back message when we got home. It’s reassuring to know you have someone to contact if needed. I have booked my next 2 holiday for next year with Joe, I would definitely recommend you give him a go.
