I approached Johnny for some informal advice on adding value to my property. He was really easy to talk to and very friendly, the whole process was great. I ran him through some of my ideas and he helped enhance them and make sure I was doing things that would be worth it. His knowledge was extremely useful in making sure I was being realistic with my goals.

Johnny is a very down to earth guy with no hidden agenda and he let us pick his brains with numerous questions as well as running through a deal we were interested in.
