So I joined the initial meetings and was really blown away at the different ways in which I could generate money from investing in property , so much so I then went on to complete the investor course . Following all the tips set out by Ric and his team i have completed goals id set and achieved in quarter of the time i thought it may be even a possibility. Money I’ve found very well spent . Along with the quarterly live events the new era team really do provide you with all the info and backup via coaches you ever need From the initial call taking that first step to the last meeting with all weekly catch ups and mastermind sessions just continue to give you everything needed to succeed . From a single let landlord to a now million pounds portfolio landlord and currently renovating two of his own HMOs and completing on a block of flats is a million miles apart from the guy whom sat infront of that screen 18months apart wondering if I could be like those before me . It is achievable !! it is for those who want to get on in life . Can’t thank you enough ! Honest review for honest people and company .

Top notch, I like the set up in that you can do a 4 week course and from this decide on the stratergy you want to take.It also allows you to see if it is a good fit for you. I am now on the year long mentorship and it has so far been all that i hoped it would be. Be prepared to start thinking differntly to how you though the property world worked.

This week I attended my very first New Era Live session. I won’t lie, I was very apprehensive due to the imposters syndrome and can honestly say it was an absolutely amazing day. I managed to speak to almost all of the coaches who were very approachable (they spoke to me which is just what I needed) and I managed to meet people from my own group and and others who were also very friendly.

I embarked on their 6 week Foundation training course in August 2024 and on the back of receiving such excellent training I have now enrolled on their 12 month mentoring program. Rick, Lorraine & the team at New Era really do give you excellent knowledge & help in all areas relating to property investing, as they only teach what they do themselves. As well as being so knowledgeable they are always approachable & on hand to help. You are made to feel welcome & part of a wider community of like minded individuals from day 1.I have no problem in recommending New Era to anyone as property investing is hard, hard work but broken done into manageable chunks & with their support you will succeed if you really want to. The next 12 months are going to change my life forever.

We joined the 12 month New Era program and found it to be excellent. The training days contained great information and really helped us get a detailed understanding of the main topics we needed to understand. The Investor Live days are great fun and always have industry leading experts and motivational content.
We’ve met some great people who’ve been very helpful to us. Since finishing the course we’ve continued to the Graduate program for the networking and support.

Great day for me ! Felt really welcome and involved in an environment that’s totally out of my normal surroundings. Rick and his team are great at giving tips and Knowledge on how to run buy and manage your property’s from a total beginner to people whom have been in it for years will undoubtedly still expand their knowledge base . His guest speakers was brilliant all coming from the same backgrounds starting out as novices and now total pro’s and all via New Eras training . If you’re thinking of giving this a try I’d say defo do it you won’t regret it at all.

Whilst on the Investor 18 programme, I found Rick, Loraine and the New Era team very approachable, with an endless amount of support and experience to back it up.

Like all training in this field, they won't just do it for you, but if you implement the training and trust the process, some great things can be achieved.

New Era Property Training offers a friendly and knowledgeable team of trainers experienced in property investment. However, the information provided in their six-week starter course can be found online for free. This initial course appears designed to funnel attendees into purchasing their more expensive advanced courses. By the end of the starter course, it is suggested that without attending the subsequent courses, success as a new property investor is unlikely.

When attending the free webinar, Rick claimed this six-week course would change your life and give you the knowledge to become a millionaire through property. Since the course didn’t meet this claim, I can only give 2 stars.

I did the Investor 12-month Training almost two years ago and it was far better than I had even expected. Rick Gannon and his wife Lorraine are brilliant and so supportive and caring. They love what they do in helping others to achieve success in Property. They are actively investing in what they are teaching with a lot of emphasis on HMO Property Investing, but several other strategies are taught also. Their training is very thorough and presented well. There is so many, many hours in the Vault that we have access to for life, and there's ongoing support and advice so that we always have a backup, to help us through the ongoing challenges that we may face as we move forward in our Property journey. Rick & Lorraine have several experienced coaches who are there to help in the training and deal with questions and queries. I recommend New Era Property training to all who wish to succeed in property.
