I was really unsatisfied with the wool jumper I got due to the amount of piling. The customer service experience was really terrible and I eventually got a very sharp email from their founder. I don’t think the quality is worth it for the price tag and not a nice company to deal with.
Violet slip
This was my first time ordering with The Sisterhood and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve bought the Violet slip (black polka dot). I initially enquired on Instagram when the dress would be restocking and got a response straight away. I dealt with the lovely Maddie also who kept me updated with my order throughout the whole process to make sure it got here in time for an upcoming wedding. She and the team have just been so kind and helpful I cannot fault them. Every step of the way I have felt incredibly looked after. The dress is so soft and comfortable and looks so so chic! I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you xx

Would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company and would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.
I returned a full order using Sisterhood’s returns process, and the return was received on 20th March. After weeks and weeks of chasing, I finally received my refund on 8th May.
Throughout the process I was given inconsistent explanations about what had and hadn’t been received, and at one stage delays and handling were blamed on internal staffing/training issues, which I do not think is appropriate to tell the customer about.
I did eventually receive the refund, but only after a huge amount of unnecessary stress and escalation through my bank. Overall the experience felt very unprofessional and left me with little confidence in the company.
Quality & Kindness
The customer service goes above and beyond to help and are fast to reply.
The quality is truly outstanding. Exceeded expectations. This is designer quality for high street prices. I am so happy with my purchase, I feel like my coat will last for a lifetime and fingers crossed generations. I highly recommend!
The website is an enjoyable inspirational browse too.

Replacement Belt
I brought the Avery Noir XS coat and it is by far the best coat that I own. I'm 5ft so struggle to find a good fit for my petite frame and this coat fits me well and keeps me warm. The coat is chic and can be worn in a few ways making it versatile. I recently lost the belt that came with it and customer service was kind enough to send me a replacement belt. Would definitely buy from this brand again

Great quality and helpful service!
I’m really happy with the items I ordered! The designs are timeless and the quality feels very good. I also like the fact that they use natural materials. It’s nice to see a brand paying attention to sustainability and their transparency about everything.
I also had a logistical issue with my return because of a delayed delivery. I contacted customer support and they sorted it out for me quickly and personally. It was a very pleasant experience overall!

Had some difficulties in the process, but in the end they solved the problem
I bought a sweater in the Black Friday sale. After two weeks, I received a skirt (?). I’ve been emailing with them since December 11th about this. I had to send a picture, then another picture. Last week finally they would send me a returnlabel, but I never received it. They haven’t answered to my emails since.
For 1,5 month now they have my money (120 euros), but I don’t have the item that I bought. And it feels like I have to do so much work to a. Get my money back and b. Send the item THEY wrongly sent to me back.
They have been friendly in their communications until now, so that’s a good thing about this business I guess.
Update: after posting on truspilot they answered right away and solved the problem.

Although the item I ordered wasn’t suitable for the outfit I wanted to wear it with, the sweater was very good quality and beautifully warm. I was nervous about the return process but was expertly guided by Maddie and reassured throughout.

No delivery after 2 weeks nor updates (edited since)
Edit (Jan, 1st).
Ended up receiving my coat a month later. After I posted this comment, I very quickly received a reply to my email. I was told my package was deemed lost, but I never received the info nor could I find it. I don't think they knew either as they had to check the status.
However, they quickly offered me alternatives, including re-shipping the item right away, which is what I chose. They were very professional and polite (and I saw the email thread they exchanged internally - not sure it was on purpose- where they were looking into the issue and trying to be as fast as possible) .
I received it about 10 days later.
Overall, the coat is great and the sizing is perfect. The whool on the exterior is unfortunately a bit scratchy (no extra step to smoothen it in the process of creating the piece I think) but I think it's normal given the price.
I don't think I'll order again from the website however given the experience and the value of the item.
I changed my review from a 2 stars to 4 (3.5 if I could) cause they were very professional and I'm satisfied with the item purchased. It think this might be a small shop with a small team that's doing their best and will probably improve over time!

I have bought a really nice coat (300e worth) that I'm really excited to receive and it is my first order with this brand!
I received confirmation for my order and have been checking the delivery status.
On Sisterhood, it's written :
- "Confirmed, Nov, 30th"
- "On its way Dec, 2nd"
- and "Expected Dec, 4th".
I have also contacted them a couple of days ago and haven't received any replies.
I guess what's worrying is not receiving anything except for promotional/marketing emails since, as it has been more than 2 weeks.
It is annoying not to know where your package is, or when/if you'll receive it.
Hopefully, I'll be able to edit this message once I get a reply from them!

My first visit to Sisterhood yesterday. I was recommended by a friend. Lovely shopping experience with Darcey. If you love a boutique, this is the place to go. I picked up 5 pieces! The clothes are gorgeous and of good quality. Really happy with my purchases and ready to party!!! Thankyou Darcey for your advice. Great stylist, welcoming, friendly and professional.
