Great, high quality clothing. I have several pieces from the brand in my wardrobe. I recently ordered a lovely coat during the Black Friday sale it was slightly delayed. I contacted customer service and they quickly rectified the situation.

I recently discovered Sisterhood and have already purchased several pieces this season — every single one has been gorgeous. The style is modern, elevated, and effortlessly wearable, and the quality is truly impressive. These are pieces that feel special and built to last, not just for one season.
One thing that really stands out is their customer service. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a question or concern, their team has responded with exceptional care and detail. It’s honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced — quick and genuinely committed to making things right.
I’m based in the US and was a little hesitant at first about ordering from overseas given the new tariff environment, but the process couldn’t be easier. All duties, taxes, and tariffs are included at checkout, no surprises at delivery. I really appreciate that!

No help from customer service
I ordered a knit jumper which arrived and when I tried in on (about 20 mins) I noticed considerable balling under the arms and on the face of the jumper. I reached out to customer service with pictures etc. but was just told this was normal and sent a TikTok of a girl debobbling a clearly old and worn jumper. I explained this was brand new with tags but customer service doubled down that it was normal wear and did not provide any option to return or exchange. The colour of the jumper was also misleading it was marked “cedar” and looked grey in photos but is actually green in real life. Overall a disappointing experience when spending money on what is supposed to be a higher quality item.

Great support to resolve a distribution issue!
Update - Sisterhood went over and above to resolve this issue and turned it around in 24 hours. In addition they gave a full explanation of events that led to this confusion. The comms were personal and informal which was very refreshing and I have reviewed my rating to reflect this. I very much appreciate the effort that the team went to here.
My first order with Sisterhood. Ordered a coat for my daughters birthday, because they offer next day delivery. Still not even despatched. They have refunded the next day delivery which is nice, but doesn’t help that I have paid £250 for a coat as a gift that hasn’t arrived and it’s my daughters birthday and 2 days and no idea when it will be sent!!!! They haven’t mentioned that, just refunded the delivery, which doesn’t actually answer the problem! So well done Sisterhood literally money for nothing!
Really disappointed and a bit worried about not having a gift for my daughter!

Disappointed – Missing item unresolved
I really wanted to have a positive experience with this brand, but unfortunately I’ve been left extremely disappointed after an unresolved issue with my order (#52934).
When my parcel arrived, one item was missing (the Clio cardigan in black, size M). I immediately contacted customer service, provided photos, and explained the situation calmly and honestly.
To investigate, the team shared CCTV footage of their warehouse and an internal database extract (which also seemed potentially not GDPR-compliant). While I appreciate the effort to look into the issue, the packing footage was too fast and the angle too unclear to confirm that all five items were placed in the parcel. Despite this, the brand maintained that the item must have been included.
I fully understand that based on their internal information, it appears to them that everything was shipped correctly. But the fact remains: in the parcel I opened, there were only four items. I purchased the Clio cardigan in two colours, I received the brown one, but the black one simply wasn’t there. This means either the parcel was not packed with all five items, or the item somehow disappeared between the moment it left their warehouse (according to CCTV) and the moment it reached me, even though the parcel I opened seemed intact.
I repeatedly explained, in good faith, that the cardigan was missing, yet I was left with no refund, no replacement, and no goodwill gesture, leaving me out of pocket by around €160 for an item I never received. This is not a €30 item; it’s a high-priced piece, and I expected a level of support that matched the value of the products they sell.
What’s most disappointing is that despite my patience, cooperation, and transparency, the situation ended with:
- no resolution,
- no goodwill gesture,
- and an implicit suggestion that the responsibility somehow falls on me, even though I did nothing wrong.
I understand they are a small business, and I genuinely support small brands — that’s why I chose to order from them in the first place. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the items I did receive, which is the reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.
However, as a customer with a job who chose to invest in their products because the brand seemed trustworthy and the quality genuine, I also deserve fair treatment. When something goes wrong, whether during packing, shipping, or at any point in transit, it’s ultimately the brand’s responsibility to investigate fully and support the customer. In this case, I was left with neither the item nor a solution.
I hope the brand reconsiders how they handle these rare but important situations in the future.

Sisterhood took the money for goods I ordered .. they then took a second amount from my bank which was unauthorised … and was more money than the original sale …. I am still awaiting a reply …. Incredible quality
The quality of the dark grey yana trouser I bought (in short leg) in January 2023 are still in such great condition! I am leaving this review because it has last a great lasting impression of the brand. I have bought other trousers before from other slightly more expensive places and they haven't lasted anywhere near as long, especially considering how often I wear them. Would highly recommend!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Sisterhood, I’m always really impressed with the knitwear, compared to similar brands the quality is really lovely and I’m always complimented on my pieces. I had an issue with shipping but received a response within 10 minutes from customer service resolving this. I highly recommend this brand!

Responsive owner ensured a fair outcome
I received a defective dress and, despite multiple follow-ups, didn’t get a reply from customer service. Once the issue reached the owner via Trustpilot, the response was quick and professional. I received a full refund without having to return the item, along with a discount code.
Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was fair and considerate, and I appreciated the willingness and care shown to resolve the situation.
