Absolutely terrible and incredibly frustrating. I signed up over a month ago wanted to switch my provider as I have been on compound tirzepitide for over a year and have been on 10 mg dose for several months. I responded to their questionnaire by clearly stating this multiple times, and for some reason they prescribed me 2.5mg- obviously not looking at my health info AT ALL which is very concerning. Then they gave me the run around with their AI chatbot for 2 WEEKS and finally when a provider changed the subscription they did 5mg! Totally illogical. After all that and clearly stating I have been on 10mg why in the world would they prescribe 5- again CLEARLY not reviewing my health info at all- again concerning. Now it has been over a week again waiting for them to fix it. I cannot wrap my head around why this could possibly be taking so long. They also keep saying a ‘provider will reach out’ which would be great- but I have not spoken to or chatted with a provider even one time. At this point I’m probably just going to ask for a refund but I would actually like to get my meds since I do need them and starting over with yet another company will take time too. But be warned this company is a mess and I wouldn’t trust them to make sound health decisions for you considering they clearly don’t pay attention.

I may can give a more detailed review after my second or third month. But as of today right this moment, I would say, its not working as I’d like but I”m wiling to give it time and see what happens
