We are truly sorry that you felt disappointed with your recent experience. However, after carefully reviewing all communication between you and our representatives, we would like to clarify the situation with complete transparency.

From the very beginning, our team provided you with the official details of the tour, including the total price and the information about additional government or service fees. The quotation and tour description were clearly communicated in writing before your arrival. These terms are standard for all of our customers and are also publicly listed on our official platforms.

You mentioned that you did not book through our website and therefore were unaware of certain details. However, the same information is always explained during the booking process via WhatsApp as well. You were provided with the full cost and the link to the tour description for your reference. There was never any attempt from our side to hide or change prices — our company policy strictly forbids any form of misleading or unclear communication with guests.

Upon your arrival, our local operator explained that the difference was due to mandatory government and transport fees, which are not charged by our company but by the local authority. Despite this, we offered several solutions to make the situation easier for you — including a discount and even a personal contribution from our representative to reduce your total cost. Unfortunately, all offers were refused.

We fully understand that you were frustrated at that moment, especially as you were traveling with children. However, it is important to note that our team never refused to assist you. Our staff repeatedly tried to help and communicate calmly, even when the conversation became very offensive and disrespectful toward our employees. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the tour selection. We’d like to clarify that there was no intention to mislead or prioritize one tour over another, as both the Quad Safari and Rafting Combo tours are equally valued by our company/has same profit rate.

Upon reviewing your booking, we confirmed that you selected the Quad Safari (Afternoon) option, as you have requested 1 double quad, and your ticket was approved accordingly by yourself. We understand now that you may have intended to book the Rafting Combo tour (Morning) package instead. Unfortunately, due to scheduling differences (rafting is only available in the morning), this combination wasn’t possible for your selected time, Sir.

All of the above is clearly stated in our WhatsApp conversation, we kindly ask you to review it and it should clear, that it is a matter of misunderstanding, unfortunately.
