From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. As usual the staff were polite and friendly. I've been buying the raw dog food for a good while now & my 3 GS thrive on it & they wolf it down. I add a cup or 2 of very good quality dry kibble & cooked brown rice especially in the colder months just to bulk it up for them.

The bulk cat food was a great price
The bulk cat food was a great price, however I was looking for a wooden dog chewed and none were available. Also staff saw me struggling to carry purchases to the till and car and nobody offered assistance.

Received an email offering a £5…
Received an email offering a £5 discount when spending over £50. Went to the shop and told has to activate the discount but the link sent in the email didn't work so shop refused to give the discount.

No shopping baskets in shop to put your…
No shopping baskets in shop to put your goods in??? When asked they must all be in use? Looked around the shop, about seven customers in, with no baskets? When asked asked again i was told they must be out the back??? I was in again yesterday, one baskets and other customers where bringing their goods in their own shopping bags. Ridiculous!!!
