Very helpful and pleasant, my purchases were carried out and placed into my car without having to ask.

A member of staff will always carry out the 12kg bags of sunflower hearts I purchase every month to the car for me without ever being asked which I really appreciate.

As a disabled customer Jollies staff are most attentive and there is nothing too much trouble for them especially taking the 15kg bags of dog food to my car.

Although I have had several emails giving 25 percent off
my dog food. It was not taken off my total. When I queried this the staff went out of their way to check prices and my emails.
They said it was only available on online sales and not in store.
They apologised and in the past the discount was also in store.

The stock of food was good,the friendly service and the convenient parking. There is a young girl in the Ballymena shop and she is always so helpful and on the ball.

Note: please consider getting the barcade marked on at the top of large bags of dog food. This would mean it could be read by the scanner easily and thus avoid tge customer having to lift the bag up to the counter for it to be read by the scanner. Those of us with bad backs would really appreciate this .
