Your trolleys are horrendous. I complain each time and yet they never get sorted.

Prompt friendly customer service and carry a big bag of wild bird seed to my car so I didn’t have to struggle

i can not carry heavy items and this week was a heavy week and so your staff member put every thing in my car for me, just one thing i have never understood is why we are asked each time we visit the shop are we a member of the pet club, well i have been a member for a number of years now and what is the pet club for, if someone could tell me it would be good
