From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. We had our lovely dog groomed at Jollyes for the first time and couldn’t be happier, everyone was so helpful and happy to help with our questions, they really couldn’t have done more. We’ll definitely bring him back next time, thank you.

Ist puppy groom
The girls did a great job with my 13 week old puppy on his first puppy groom. They were really friendly, explained what would happen and answered my questions. They were happy to cuddle and play with my dog like he was their own and make him feel comfortable.

I only really buy wild bird food and on…
I only really buy wild bird food and on odd occasions I buy few dog treats for my daughter and sons dog but staff are always very friendly and helpful.

All really good
All really good, staff very nice.
There was a problem with the tills as they couldn’t take card payments.
Staff were so polite and apologetic but not theire fault.

Great customer service
The shop assistant insisted, nicely of course that becoming a loyalty customer was quick and worth my while and really happy I did as the savings are fantastic especially being a regular customer.

Out of stock cat food litter and peanuts
The last two times I have been to Jollyes for my cat food it has been out of stock, cat litter was out of stock the time before last and peanuts in shells out of stock also
