Nice skin cares products!

Recommended by a friend who knows skin care products a lot. Ordered products over $200, and it was delivered by DHL express, only took less than a week from Korea to Netherlands. Although I paid about €67 extra for duty and vat. They also sent me many samples and free gift, very sweet! Products are very good quality, I like the textures, enjoy my everyday skin care moment. Would definitely order again.

Disappointing Experience With Jolse

They miss to put one of products in the package and because I have understood this late they don't want to make refund just of $5,29 USD
Can’t believe that they do this for so small a sum of money.
I really don’t recommend to order from jolse.com

Very impressed!

It took a few business days to ship, but it only took a week from South Korea to Norway! I also received so many free small gifts with my order. Will definitely order again, as almost no other Kbeauty sites ship to Norway, and Jolse seems to be cheaper than others (especially because of the sales). Definitely cheaper than here, and maybe even faster than ordering from Norwegian sites.

Extremely Disappointing Experience With Jolse

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way they handled my recent order. Despite their quick first response, everything else about the service is incredibly disappointing and shows unprofessionalism. My package was returned for no reason whatsoever. I didn't ask for a return or send it myself, and I never received any notification that it had arrived in my country or city. Usually, popular companies like this inform customers about their packages, but in this case it didn't happen until I wrote and asked why my order was delayed.

The tracking site they provided required a tracking number, which I did not receive even though I asked for it, so I could not track my package. In addition, the shipping company did not notify me that my order had arrived. They had all my contact information, but they didn't bother to send a simple email. Even if I had known the package was in my city, I had no idea which shipping company delivered it, where to pick it up, or any other details.

When I contacted their customer service, they did not tell me that the package had returned to Korea. This lack of communication is not only inconvenient, but also disrespectful to customers who are waiting for an update. My experience with Jolse was terrible. Because of their communication failures, I find it difficult to recommend their services given that they are now refusing to refund my money.

Horrible, stressful customer service

I was a consistent customer at Jolse until recently, but I will never shop there again. Their customer service is the worst that I’ve ever encountered in any country, and I shop worldwide. It’s not worth shopping at a company that is unwilling to work with you if there is a problem, even if it was THEIR mistake. Please go shop at another website with good customer service, such as olive young global, stylevana, or yesstyle.

The very first time I was unhappy with my purchase was when I received a cleanser that had an expiration date within 6 months. They didn’t state that at all on the product page. If the expiration date is that soon, they should disclose that information so the customer can make the decision whether to still purchase the product or not. They replied to my email saying that their policy states they sell products that have expiration dates up to 6 months. If that’s the case, shouldn’t they write the expiration date on the product page? I don’t want to gamble and buy an old product. I want to make an informed purchase. All the other products I purchase from U.S. or Asian beauty companies have expiration dates that are at least 2 years. It’s supposed to be that way!

My second experience was what solidified my decision to not shop at Jolse. I made a purchase during a “brand launch event” which had good deals. So I bought 4 items, and a few more to meet the free shipping threshold. When I received my order, there was only 1 of the item that was on the deal. I emailed them to send me the remaining 3 items and they said no. I said it was the company’s fault, and they said no. I felt like they lured me as a customer to purchase more products on their website with a “good deal” then purposely not send the other “good deal” items. Or, they don’t want to ship the 3 products they forgot cause they don’t want to pay for shipping. If a company makes a mistake, they should apologize and send the products they forgot to ship. They gave me a refund for the 3 products I didn’t receive, but I purchased other items in that order that I wouldn’t have purchase from them if there wasn’t that “brand launch deal.” I just felt scammed.

Long order processing

The website has nice deals every week, which deserves a star. The biggest problem of Jolse is waiting time till the order is processed, mostly 1 week. But cause of that huge processing time half of the orders get refunded due to "out of stock" problem, which makes processing period longer to about 3 weeks. So if u wanna get your order faster, than in 1,5-2 months, better order on yesstyle or stylevana.

I give 5 stars and more!! I am always happy with fast shipping. I absolutely love receiving blotting paper as a free gift in my orders and I also receive many samples which helps me to discover great products :) Thank you!!

Dato che non leggo molte recensioni da parte di italiani/ europei ci tenevo a dire la mia per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza con Jolse. Loro sono veloci, per l’Italia il tutto è arrivato in meno di un mese (6 febbraio-27 febbraio), imballato meticolosamente con nulla di ammaccato o danneggiato. Regalano anche molti sample e accessori carini, inoltre, servizio clienti che, al contrario di quanto leggo dalle recensioni, ha risposto velocemente e prontamente alle mie domande. Ovviamente, tenete in conto che l’iva e i dazi sulle importazioni nel proprio paese si pagano a parte, ma come su ogni altra cosa! nel complesso, davvero consigliato

Bad customer service

I ordered my items on 2024-01-02 and the tracker said they were delivered on 2024-01-17. The first thing that I did was check my mailbox and check with the building management for my parcel. And it was not delivered. Then I checked with Canada Post to find out about the parcel. The Canada Post said they don't release the information to the receiver. Only then, I submitted the issue to Jolse. They reply to me with it's been delivered link and need the letter from the Post. All they had to do was contact the Canada Post to investigate and Jolse failed to do so. I finally got my items on 2024-02-07. I got lucky to get my ordered items but with this kind of service I don't see myself buying with Jolse again.

Jolse is My Go-To discount Skincare Store

I've used Jolse for the past 3 years and not once has an order been missed. I'm sharing my experience as someone who lives in the U.S and orders items to be shipped to the U.S. I love skincare and when I do have the budget, I order off of Jolse.

Tips:
-Order when they have free shipping, mega sales, 1+1 deals

Online Order Follow Through:
-Once I place an order, it gives me the option to pay through PayPal and for me, I don't like that.
-When the order is placed, you will receive an email. I also just take a snip on my laptop of the order#
-You receive an email once it has shipped.
-For tracking, sometimes the website they give doesn't show up-to-date updates, so I usually go online and find a universal tracking website to paste my tracking#
-Sometimes it takes from three weeks to a month to receive your package, but this is understandable.
-Once you receive the package, depending on the amount of items you ordered and even with one item, you receive a free sample (face wash, soap, blackhead remover strip, oil blotting paper) which is super awesome!!

I love Jolse and I will say, sometimes, YesStyle has better deals when comparing certain items. I usually shop on both of these sites at the same time.

Bester Kbeauty Shop

Paket kam innerhalb von 10 Tagen an, mit Zollkosten eingerechnet kam ich trotzdem billiger raus, als wenn ich bei Yesstyle oder Stylevana bestellt hätte.
Checkt jolse‘s Instagram ab, dann wisst ihr Bescheid wenns free shipping gibt und Coupons. Im Paket waren außerdem noch viele Proben drin. Gerne wieder!

Never arrived. Never answered.

I ordered quite a lot of products months ago. They sent a track number which never updated after “leaving Korea”. I never got my products and I’ve sent dozens of emails that haven’t been answered. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

After posting this, they sent an email saying there was nothing they could do and sending a whole new different tracking link (never seen before) showing very different information from the one I got from them before, so basically they say it’s my fault and the won’t refund my money.

SCAAAAAAM.

Commande faite le 10 aout, je les contact le 18 car mon envoi n'est pas expédier (délais indiquer 2/5jours).

J'ai une réponse quelques heures après comme quoi un des articles est sold out et indisponible chez leur fournisseur pour une durée indéterminée.

Il me propose un remboursement de l'article, je confirme et je reçois le remboursement dans la minute via Paypal !

Quelques minutes après je reçois le numéro de suivis de mon colis qui est envoyer dans la foulé.

8 jours plus tard je trouve le colis dans ma boite, sans frais de douane ou de TVA, bien garnis d'échantillons et en plus avec des produits date longue (2025/2026) alors que j'avais commander des produits en super réduction car dates courtes au top !

No package

I have still not got a package.I ordered from them on the 25th of July and it is now the 5th. I emailed asking if there had been some sort of delay but have still gotten no response. The prices are good but I am not happy with everything.

Recommend jolse to all my friends

This is the only place I buy my korean skincare. Been buying from them for almost 4 years now. Very happy with the customer service, I got a very fast reply. I wish they would ship Norway with standard shipping instead of DHL because its expensive but it came very fast like within a week. They also always send several goodies to test.

Fast delivery and authentic products! It's my first time purchasing from them and the parcel came first than my stylevana order (which is currently in transit)! To think that Jolse is based in Korea, their fast service will not disappoint! Worth your coin!

hice una compra de 60 DLS en un dia de envio gratis sin minimo de compra. El paquete nunca llego!
Ya paso 1 mes y 12 dias desde el dia de mi compra.
No tienen numero de seguimiento y aunque fui a mi paqueteria local, no me pudieron ayudar en nada por que no tenian forma de rastrear mi paquete.
Soy de MEXICO, NO COMPREN EN JOLSE! tampoco se hacen responsables de paquetes extraviados ni reembosos.

Yo realize dos pedidos el mismo día…

Yo realize dos pedidos el mismo día hacia Mexico y fue un envió gratis así que dividi mis 4 productos en dos paquetes para tratar de evitar los costos extras que dicen a veces suceden cuando pasa de los 50 dolores por paquete (o eso es lo que había leído). En la pagina de rastreo de EMS las actualizaciones fueron rápidas y decía que en 3-4 semanas mi paquete ya estaba en la ciudad. Sin embargo no ocurrían actualizaciones de por donde llegaría o si lo habían detenido asi que envie correos a la pagina y siempre me respondieron muy amables, me dijeron que realmente mi paquete aun no había salido de corea, pero la pagina al parecer por error lo actualizo de esa forma. Finalmente en aproximadamente 2 meses desde que hice la compra llego mi paquete por correos de Mexico, no pague nada extra y en el paquete ponen que tiene un valor de 5 dólares, supongo para evitar retenciones en aduana. La verdad si seguiré comprando con anticipación de al menos 2 meses jaja para que lleguen mis productos debido a que siempre hay descuentos, y sale mucho mas barato que comprarlo aquí en Mexico, por lo menos unos 300-400 pesos menos por producto.

Customer service WILL NOT assist you!

I made a purchase at Jolse when they were having a promotion of a one day only free shipping. I have then emailed customer service asking where my package was because it was taking a bit too long for it to arrive.
approximately 3 weeks since purchasing date.

They told me to track it, which I did but the tracking information was showing no recent updates. Customer service reassured me that it could take up to 45 days to arrive. I digressed.

on the 9th of June, I called my local post office on two separate occasion (Same day, 2 hours apart) asking why is my package taking so long to arrive since I have paid my custom clearance tax which cost 246sek because I wanted to confirm the issue with different customer service agent.
I was then informed on those occasions that my parcel was SENT BACK on the 7th of June, even though I have NEVER received any notifications.
(Note through door for pickup)
I was immensely upset and I reached out to Jolse.
They just say read their return policies and regardless of what happened, they will not refund me. They take no responsibility.
That package of mine was worth 1k. It might not be the "most" for my skincare online purchases but it definitely isn't a small sum either.
This is tremendously upsetting. I know one might argue since it is their policy, " too bad", it's not their fault right?
But put yourself in my position. Their cold replies are just so unwarranted and they absolutely refuse to help me dispute this! Horrible! I never once got my packages sent back due to failed delivery (Fault on my part for not picking up) and trust me, I BUY A LOT.
This is the first and Jolse absolutely will not assist in this even though it wasn't my fault!

I will never eveeer buy from them ever again!!
