Shipping challenges but honest & prompt
I placed two orders (they're prices are much lower) with one for express but I hadn't received any shipping info. I wrote them twice about this & received responses within 24 hours apologizing for the delays (they're short-staffed due to pandemic coupled with security delays). But with about two weeks passing without a shipping update I decided to cancel & request refunds, both via email & on their site. They promptly responded with apologies, & shortly thereafter I received auto-notifications for my refunds - all this within an hour of my initial request; got my money back yesterday. For this reason alone I'll be more than happy to order from them again once our earth's health is far more stable. My experience with their customer service was fantastic, highly recommend.
UPDATE: I placed an order to take advantage of a 2-for-1 sale that I knew given others' reviews would take longer to arrive. It arrived three weeks later & I'm really satisfied. Best to order from them if you don't mind waiting, especially if they're offering a great sale.
slow but worth it for the deals.
i ordered back in july, and i received my package about two weeks after. it took ten business days for them to actually ship out my order, but after contacting their costumer service, i learned they were running behind because of the virus. i know many of these reviews paint their costumer service in a negative way, but my experience went pretty smoothly. the products were legitimate, and there were at least 20 samples. the company definitely is not perfect, and their processing time is quite slow these days, but for the prices, i think it's not so bad.
SO many free samples but long delivery time
I placed quite a large order with Jolse on 15/7/20. They had a massive sale and their prices are a lot cheaper than most places so I saved loads of money on my order. I was quite worried about delivery, having only read their reviews after I placed my order. However, my order has finally arrived today (5 weeks after I placed the order - I live in the UK) all in perfect condition and with sooooo many free samples! Jolse definitely takes longer to deliver than most places and they don't send you any email updates so you have to keep checking the online tracking to see if your delivery is en route, but their prices are cheaper and they give way more samples so I recommend that you order well in advance of your products running out and just be aware that it will take a good month or so to arrive.

Three weeks since I placed and paid for my order + express shipping and they still haven’t shipped. I have sent them three emails, none of which have been answered. They seem so unprofessional I can’t believe any of these reviews are actually real. Will try to get my money back through PayPal and will never use this website again.

Oh no. Can’t believe that what other’s are saying about the costumer service were true. Been trying to contact their costumer service and I have received an email that their costumer service email address doesn’t exist. Don’t know how to contact them as my orders are still awaiting shipment till now and I want an update.

Je ne recommande pas de commander sur ce site, car le service n’est pas du tout professionnel. Très déçue et très découragée. Plus jamais je commande d’ici.

I trust and love this website. The price of the Korean beauty products are very resonable(almost same price as they sell in Korea), they ship free with certain amount you order. The delivery time takes about a week or two and that is understandable because it's coming from another country. but usually you receive sooner then they tell you the date. They include generous amount of samples and gifts in the box. I really love to order the Korean beauty products from jolse.com!
Scam - don’t buy anything from Jolse
I ordered a product 2020-03-08. So it’s more than 3 months now. Still awaiting shippment. I’ve sent them 2 e-mails. They’re ignoring them. Please don’t order from Jolse. I recommend YesStyle - great and fast customers service, you always get a package.

Just ordered from them for the first time. Package arrived a couple weeks after purchase. Prices were the best of several websites I compared same products from and they sent tons of free samples. I love everything I bought from them and will continue to order from them in the future

It's the first Time I order on Jolse. I've ordered twice on Yesstyle before that.
I got my package 15 days after ordering. No problem at all. No customs fees. Everything was here and more : I got almost 20 little gifts (samples and even socks lol)
So I bought all my products cheaper and even products than were not on Yesstyle (for men).
I'm happy and will order again.

The whole experience with JOLSE was fairly spotless. I live in the UK and with the current covid-19 disruptions, the package still arrived fairly quickly from Korea (it took 20 working days to be exact, which isn't all that bad with how busy the postal services are now). All the products arrived neatly packaged with SO MANY samples!
Will definitely use again, just have to order a bit earlier and take into account the slightly longer delivery time.

never had an issue. great company to order from. been ordering from them for about 5 years now. they are always great. good products, nice prices. the freebies are amazing. takes about a 3-4 weeks to arrive in north carolina.
No response and no order deliver
I have placed an order on 27th April 20 and paid for DHL delivery too. When I checked my order status and it is still marked as 'Awaiting Shipment', never changed at all. So I have contacted them by email a number of times as I have not received any response at all. I have ordered items from their sites before for the past few years and it has been fine. The frustrated thing is I did not get any response at all, just silent. They really let me down this time and no doubt this would be my last time to order anything from their site.

This is my first time to order from this site and thank god the products arrived safely. I gave bad review because I had to write so many emails due to their poor work. Took over one month to be done and got the products. Only they forgot is free shipping charge. Since I am tired of contact their service again, I am done with it. Buyers be aware!!!! I really mean it. Their service sure sux......(even though you had good experiences with them, wait until you contact their service, good luck)
P.S. after I finished write this review and receive their email says that they refund my shipping cost. So I gave 3 stars for it. Still, I would not re order from them ever again.

I never write reviews EVER but my order from Jolse has been great. Sure, it did take around three weeks for the package to arrive here in the US but what package doesn’t during this time?! They provided so many free samples (10+) and even some Jolse blotting paper in a cute little envelope! Highly recommend - can’t believe I used other sites before to order my Korean skincare goodies!

I am very pleased with their service
I've been ordering my cosmetics only from jolse for the past year and i am very pleased with them. The products are carefully packaged, the box comes with a loads of samples and when they didnt have a product that i had already purchased , they immediately informed me and sent the money back. I will not order from any other site, they are correct and thinking the amount of packages they need to fill in everyday and the fact that they are sent from S Coreea, 2 weeks of waiting time is not a big deal.

SEEMS VERY SKETCHY
Was about to make a purchase but I noticed MANY red flags. Some of the ads were not spelled correctly, wouldn't let me use my $3 credit for being a new customer, the process of purchasing seemed not legit to me. So I smartly looked up reviews of the website and to no surprise there are many reviews saying they're looters and order are not fulfilled and no response from them, Seeing as it is coming from Korea, I'd rather avoid that sort of customer issue when it's international. I STRONGLY SUGGEST DO NO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
