Great so far
So far I've had great experiences with Jolse.
All my orders arrive in a week (all my other other orders from Korea would take a minimum of 2-3 weeks), everything is safely packaged in a lot of bubble wrap, and they are very generous with their samples (even small orders of 6-8 dollars would have 3 samples included).
They're a really great option, especially if you're buying a single product and don't want to pay for shipping.
Jolse is awesome
I'm surprised at all of these negative reviews (I have my opinions on why people are complaining, but this isn't the time or the place 😒).. I've ordered from Jolse 3 times (albeit, once through Amazon) and every time my experience has been really good. Their shipping is fast (considering that it's coming from S Korea), their customer service is great, and their prices (especially for overseas shipping of fragile, perishable items) are REALLY good.

I have had positive experiences with this retailer thus far but haven't had to deal with lost packages so cannot comment on that, my sympathies are with you if your product has been lost!
They have competitive pricing for Korean beauty products and send loads of free samples (though I wish they'd stop sending me BB creams cause it ain't my colour!!!) to help you discover new products.
I have lost track of how many times I've ordered from this site.
Shipping takes under 2 weeks and I haven't been busted by customs thus far so thats great!

I've ordered with JOLSE twice and I'm truly satisfied. I live in Sweden and have received my products within about 1,5 week from order. The products are new and visibly authentic. I also got a lot o samples both times which I appreciate. I've send some inquiries and questions to them (about when products will restock) and I've always gotten a quick answer so if I'd ever have any more serious issues with future orders I believe they would help out properly.
The website does not keep super high quality however which is something I'd appreciate if they worked on to approce.

I've been buying products from Jolse for quite a while now, and although the shipping takes about 3 weeks (to Sweden) I still love buying from them. Of all the orders I've made from them 1 came out wrong (I bought 6 sheet masks that were of 2 types, and 3 sheet masks were switched out to another similar sheet masks), so I emailed them asking how they could correct it. Withing hours I have now gotten confirmation that I will get a full refund. I am so happy with their customer service, the quick reply and the over all products. I have never gotten a faulty product or a product that is expired. I fully trust this company!
Shameful customer service...
I thought customer service was a priority for businesses? Well apparently these guys only give a crap about money. I put in the wrong address, I know I stuffed up. I had everything correct, the city etc but put in the wrong country. They have told me my package is going back to their warehouse though they will not ship my package to me "due to cost issues". I have never has such customer service. Last year, a totally different online store sent my order to the wrong house (I had the correct address on the package), I let them know about my missing order, they then sent another package of my order out to me and when that arrived so did my previous order, I did not have to pay anything extra even though I told them about the extra order. JOLSE ON THE OTHER HAND, are atrocious and embarrassing. I will never shop from these guys, I have pretty much just thrown $40 out the window. I will not receive a refund or a reshipment. Let's hope your package doesn't go missing because you will not receive a new one without paying again. People make mistakes. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

Received the products within 2 weeks. In contrast to the other reviews, none of my products were out of date. Also received a load of samples which is always a plus.
Expired products, extremely slow shipping, and a fake product!
The reason you see so many positive reviews for this company online is because they pay per review. They insist that their products are genuine but I received a fake mud mask and when I contacted them I was told I could PAY to ship it back to them. They refused to look at my pictures and one customer service rep even condescendingly suggested that I was confused because the brand had recently changed its packaging - an item that I regularly use (so am aware of package changes) and have received straight from Korea from a friend! They didn't get back to me until I escalated the case to PayPal, and even when they did they ignored all my photo proof of the OBVIOUSLY fake product and my requests to correspond through PayPal.
Unfortunately PayPal no longer offers protection for cosmetics as they say they "can't conclusively authenticate them", and their (Jolse) customer service is a joke who warned me against posting a review of my experience! Even the PayPal rep I spoke to was disgusted by their behaviour and said she would avoid them.

Great overall, but receive out of date products sometimes...
Jolse has a great range of products and a lot of shipping options. Packages usually take about 2 weeks to arrive (to the UK), which I'm fine with. The prices are also reasonable compared to other online AB shops.
However, what I don't like is how some of the products I receive are out of date! It's really disappointing to order skin care products that could do just the opposite from being expired.
AMAZING
This is such a good webshop for Korean skincare and makeup! Their prices are real low, they often do sales, have a decent variety of products, they have free shipping, pack the package safely and are generous with their free samples. Love them!
