On the internet the bikes seem newer and better than they are. If its going slightly uphill I have trouble because my speeds are not low enough.
The basket in the front rattles a lot and unfortunately there is just one Jonna location so that I have to spend a lot of time to go there if some things don't work...
Maybe it's just my bike but when I was there my impression was that all the bikes have some problems (they wanted to give me my bike, realized that something didn't work and gave me another one).

Update: After their winter break, Fred contacted me and the service was great! Unfortunately the service in the store in winter wasn't good and the bikes are not very suitable for muddy weather because the front mudguard doesn't protect enough. But for summer I would recommend the store (if you don't need very low speeds).

Only had a bike for a couple of weeks, but so far it's been great! Lovely bike, excellent pricing and the support seems good, though I haven't had to use it yet. It's the perfect solution for me, as I'm only in Stockholm for a few months so I didn't bring my bike with me from the UK, but cycling is my main form of transport. So far, so impressed!

Great communication, pick up was so quick and easy, the bike is lovely and a great price. Very happy.

Bakskärmen skramlar mycket, även när man kör på asfalt. Styrningen känns lite för obalanserad, nästan lite för lättstyrd och därmed lite instabil.

I have great experience with customer service of Fred from Jonna bike. The bike was delivered to my hotel reception as I could not be there myself to receive it. That was all flawless. However, customer service got even better when I lost my key to the bike lock a few weeks later. Fred personally delivered the key to my hotel without me even asking for it, so that I could use the bike again the next morning. One of the best customer experiences I ever had!

Enkelt, smidigt, billigt & jättefina cyklar!

Super good service and helpful staff. I wish I had found out about it earlier. The bikes are of great quality and never presented any issue, the process to exchange for winter tires was as smooth as possible. Strongly recommend.

Hyr cykel av Jonna vilket fungerar väldigt bra. Det gick väldigt smidigt att få cykeln hem och killen som levererade var både trevlig och kunnig. Cykeln är ljuvlig i all sin enkelhet. Perfekt upplägg helt enkelt!

Önskar att det fanns fler cyklar att välja. Bra utöver det
