Bought a beautiful 5x8 rug. Arrived quickly. High quality and unique design.

I purchased two runners, and two rug pads from this company. I opened up one runner and you instantly the cour was wrong. I packaged it back in the original plastic, wrapper and taped. The end returned all items in a single box, and was charged $61 shipping to return the rugs and an additional $35 shipping to return the rug pets even though all items were a single box customer service. This company is appalling. I am sure they make a large percentage of the bottom line are charging people outrageous shipping fees to return items.

I purchased a duvet and shams - duvet didn't work out so instead chose another product. The return/exchange process is HORRIBLE. They want a photo of the product you are returning before they will "authorize" a return. They continue in every email exchange to state they will charge you if it's not up to their standards of a return ??? -
They state they will charge me for shipping back - and have no ability to make an exchange- I must reorder separately and pay shipping on that product. The shipping amount of the return was always listed as TBD on their correspondence back to me - however, when I spoke with an customer service person she told me based on the sku she could tell me the return shipping fee - $22.00
Other companies communication is straightford and do not treat customers as they are incapable of making a return correctly and with out "approval" and photo's and various emails.... PLUS I wanted to make another purchase.
I purchased another product at Crate and Barrel -

I wouldnt trust this company. I bought a giant coffee table and it has a crack it in it, and they wont swap it for one that isn't damaged. I should have bought it from a more reputable site. 2,600$ down the drain
