There are different ways to look et the stars. For me, if I need it, is support saying all bout a company. A company which doesn't care for their customer cannot produce great products.
The Mat is just great as I expected. Only small glitch, I would have added some fixing (velcro) between the top and the bottom map. Although I got some anti-slip stickers, the top does not stay put, and the corner roll up.

First of al, customer service is out of this world! My LOC8 wallet was broken for some reason unknown and I contacted support for a solution, in 2 days they sent me a full replacement!

Had a minor issue with a JR product. Emailed their customer support team who walked me through the diagnosis of the issue and then promptly offered to send a replacement unit.

Clear and timely communication throughout the entire process.

I have had a Journey Fob for over 12 months. The product works exactly as promoted. Today I contacted Journey customer support and had a very prompt and accurate response. Highly recommend the product and the company.

I’ve purchased many products from this brand over time: 3-in-1 chargers for myself and my boyfriend, tracking key finders for both of us, a wallet, and a car charger mount.
Everything has been very high quality and durable. All of the products have lasted a long time, and I’ve never had any issues or complaints. I’m genuinely pleasantly surprised by the level of quality this brand offers.

Over a two year period I purchased 3 laptop sleeves (with wireless charging), two 14" sleeves and one 16" sleeve. After 13 months, the 16" sleeve stopped charging. The device generally sits on my desk at home, it has never left the house. I thought the charging cable may have been the problem and replaced it, that was not the issue. I contacted Journey and was told that "chargers can stop functioning due to everyday wear and tear, power flections, or environmental factors. Since my sleeve was out of warranty Journey would give me an additional 10% on top of any promotions. My expectation is a Charging device should last at least a few years. Needles to say, my journey with Journey is over. I will not be taking up their offer for a new purchase.

Journey Sales reached out to me after the above review was posted. I was pleasantly surprised Journey decided to send a replacement sleeve (even though it was out of warranty). Thank you Journey for your response to my issue.

I thought the air pod charging part of the device was not working. I reached out to customer service and they replied in a very timely manner and were very eager to assist. Turns out it is operator error. Nothing was wrong with the device. Customer service was very responsive. I would recommend this product, and have actually purchased a few for graduation gifts!

I had a problem with a charger that was not charging my phone. I contacted custoer support on a weekend!! Yes, a weekend and I received a response back quite quickly also on a weekend - in fact, a Sunday evening. I sent a short video explaining the problem and promptly received a solution to the problem. This is my second purchase from Journey - two different chargers and both excellent. My Mum is 82 and had some trouble setting up the product so that it worked correctly - I had trouble-shooting tips in less than 24 hours, and we had it fixed within a day! Thankyou for your help and support.

After receiving my wallet, I was quite satisfied with it initially. However, only after a year I noticed that the cards I put in the wallet have black marks on them. Furthermore, after a year’s use the overall quality of the wallet is visibly bad.

I purchased a 3-1 foldable charging station. I reached out for a refund because my AirPods weren’t charging. The team got back to me via email with an hour with a fix. Within a few hours everything was working and I love this item! Amazing customer service and quality item.

A product i baught stopped working. Contacting them sending video and what went wrong was so easy. Within 2 days was sorted and replacement sent out. Professional, efficient and effective. And priyanka was very helpful and speedy with responses.
