Lost the charger for my Loc8 Finder Wallet.  Reached out to the team at Journey to buy a replacement....a complimentary one was received two days later.

Not only is this a great product, but their customer service is also 1st class.

Had an issue connected device, they responded quickly (on a Sunday) and fixed this issue.

I had a small issue with a magnetic wallet and unfortunately it was out of warranty. The team were very sympathetic to my situation and dealt with me fairly and respectfully. Product is great and customer service equally so.

Quick and helpful when dealing with a delivery issue

I had an issue with a Journey NOVA 3-in-1 wireless charger, where the AirPods charging pad stopped working although the rest of the unit appeared to be fine.

I contacted Journey Support with photos and a clear explanation of the fault. Their response was prompt, courteous and practical. They arranged a replacement without unnecessary back-and-forth, and the new charger arrived quickly.

Faults can happen with any product, but good customer service is shown by how the company responds. In this case, Journey dealt with the issue very well and made the process straightforward.

I ordered a Journey LOC8 Wallet on 12 September last year. Since I work out in the bush on a construction site, it got daily heavy use, and the wear and tear gradually got worse over time.Because it was still under the 1-year warranty, I reached out to the team to see if I could get a replacement. They were incredibly quick to respond! I messaged them late the night before and had a reply early the next morning. My replacement is already on the way.Thank you so much to the team for being incredibly helpful and getting straight to the point! Highly recommend.

First of all I really love the product I ordered. I bought the desk mat for my business. I needed an invoice and contacted them via email. A few hours later everything was fixed by them. Great service!

I bought a gift key organizer for My husband that he wanted for his keys and then after a problem after 6 months I contacted the customer service, that was so fast helping us to solve the issue with the key organizer sending a replacement for it. Absolutely recommended.

There are different ways to look et the stars. For me, if I need it, is support saying all bout a company. A company which doesn't care for their customer cannot produce great products.
The Mat is just great as I expected. Only small glitch, I would have added some fixing (velcro) between the top and the bottom map. Although I got some anti-slip stickers, the top does not stay put, and the corner roll up.
