Absolutely LOVE this brand
Absolutely LOVE this brand! Unique, stunning pieces for a fraction of what it would cost elsewhere. I got my wedding dress from here and everyone is BLOWN away! It was comfy, stretchy, a show stopper and inexpensive in my opinion! They make the best dresses for dreamy photoshoots as well. Love love love!

I think Joyfolie’s return policy is deceptive. I went into my order fully aware that discounted items result in store credit, but I do not consider a “new customer” code or a standard 20% off promotion to be “deeply discounted.” After using the welcome code, my return was only eligible for store credit, which then came with an expiration date only 60 days after it was issued.
In their response, Joyfolie said this is outlined in their policy, but nowhere did I see anything that clearly stated a basic promo code or new-customer discount would be treated the same as a deeply discounted item.
After doing further research, it appears that Joyfolie may be in violation of Massachusetts consumer protection laws. Under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 200A, Section 5D, gift certificates and store credits must remain valid for a minimum of seven years and cannot expire sooner. A 60-day expiration is not only unreasonable; it is not compliant with state law.
Sizes are also inconsistent, making ordering very difficult. I would not order from this company again.

They have the cutest boots and they photograph so beautifully. My daughter wore them for hours and they were comfortable and she loved them.

I've purchased dresses from them for the last two years but this past year their quality has really gone down hill. The sizing is SO inconsistent it's really hard to get something that fits, and then the return policy is awful. Now to top it off, I ordered a crimson/gold dress and received the bronze (mislabeled and mis packaged). They only give you like five days to return which happened to be during Thanksgiving so I got an email Sunday my return had been cancelled. They did reopen it but the item I received in exchange was the same bronze color (also mislabeled). So currently I've been charged twice for the same wrong dress (of which I only have one). When you reach out to customer service it's just copy paste AI bullshit you aren't talking to a real person. I won't be doing business with them anymore sadly.

I had a change to my order after I placed it. It was as easy as responding to the email they had sent with confirmation of my order. Quick response and they made the change.

RETURN SCAM- LOST $100+
BUYER BEWARE: I had so much hope ordering from this site. There were good reviews so I thought I would try. I did not like this dress on me and it was a little big. I initiated a return. I had the package outside (as I paid for them to have it picked up) and no one came. They canceled my return, but then reversed the cancellation. Once they received it, they sent me a message saying that my return was denied for “no reason provided” Well I of course emailed them and they claimed there was hair on the dress and a smell. That was ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. I tried this on for engagement pictures, didn’t like it, and IMMEDIATELY put it back in the original packaging. They sent me a photo that showed maybe a little blonde looking hair? (See photo) and I have dark brown hair. This is absolute robbery. If you need to do a return, good luck. They had the audacity to say I could pay them to have it returned back to me. In the email they also included that I could go buy more items because they are having a sale. Are you kidding? I will never purchase anything from a company that steals from their customers. This was SO disappointing. I would never send back an item for a return that was not in perfect condition. It wasn’t even out of the package for 5 mins. Spent over $100 for NOTHING. Lesson learned. Again, I attached the picture they sent me as their “reasoning”. It came to me wrinkled like that. Guarantee they will repackage it and sell it. I have never left a negative review on any site before, but this was absurd. NOT WORTH THE RISK.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I recently purchased a pair of boots from them. When the order arrived it contained two right footed boots of different sized. I emailed them immediately (they do not provide a phone number). They made me send numerous photos to prove my claim. They also wanted me to pay for the return shipping. I finally got them to agree to sending a shipping label for UPS. I returned the boots immediately requesting a full refund. Although they took possession of the boots via their UPS carrier, they refused to refund my account. When the boots arrived back to their Texas location they acknowledged receipt (which I had proof of via UPS regardless). They claimed they needed to "inspect" the boots-which I had never worn and could not wear due to their mistake. About an hour later they emailed me that my refund was denied and refused to give a reason. The woman, Wendy, I had been communicating with advised that to get the reason why the refund was declined I had to speak with the person I had been communicating with on this claim-which was HER! I will be filing complaints with the Attorney General and US Attorney's Office.

I purchased 3 items and returned them within the window they specified. They rejected my return minutes after I dropped it off at the post office and when I reached out to why I have been rejected they claimed that they received the item too late when I, in fact, sent the items within their instruction deadline. They are suggesting I donate the items (which were not cheap) or pay the shipping to have them sent back. Either way I have to give the up money to fix their lack of integrity. This site is a scam, I do not recommend anyone give the their money.

The dress fit so well as I am a petite person, nothing ever really fits so I was pleasantly surprised. I love that they also have a large selection for petite people which is rare! I also got a little surprise and I was so pleased!

Bad customer service
I was very impressed at first with how quick my order came in. I unfortunately did not like how the dress looked on me so I started a return. However, I got an email saying they couldn't accept my return due to finding two hairs on it that I did not inform them about before hand. My only options were to donate or pay for them to ship the dress back to me. When I emailed them all the kept saying was we understand your frustration, but there are no exceptions.

I will never buy from Joyfolie again. We ordered several dresses to find one for our daughters to wear to a wedding. They offered 20% off your first order, which a lot of companies do. When we went to return the dresses we decided not to keep, they said they were only returnable for store credit because we had taken the 20% off introductory offer. It was sneaky and premeditated on their part to mislead and keep the money. Their communication was terrible, and they made it very difficult to return anything. Two of the 6 dresses we ordered looked awful, like they were from Goodwill. Skip this retailer!

Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service!! Returned a pair of black pants and they refused to refund my money due to a couple of dog hairs on them! Anyone living in a house with animals beware as they could have simply removed to two white dog hairs and refunded my money but after several emails requesting someone call me in regards to the ridiculousness of this, they consistently refused and refused calling me. Not only did they refuse to refund my money, refuse me a phone call about it, they also would not return the product to me without wanting another 38$ to sent it back to me! So after paying to ship it back to them and then back to me I’d paid nearly double for a product that doesn’t fit! Do not buy from here!

It’s a scam. Sent me a child’s size instead of an adult size then refused to return or exchange it. Absolutely awful. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Don’t ever expect to return anything. They offer you a promo code and because you use that, they won’t allow you to return the dress. The dresses I got were terrible quality and had weird flaws to them. I would never recommend this place. Their customer service is horrendous.

Purchased a pair of boots for my 4yo daughter. She tried them on for less than 30 seconds in our home. They were too small to zip up around her calves, so we repackaged them, paid the return fee, and arranged the return. Days later, the refund was denied due to the item being returned in "worn condition." They sent a photo as "proof" of the unsellable condition, which was certainly not the product we had returned. So now, I'm stuck paying ANOTHER shipping fee to have the unwearable boots sent back to me (alternatively, they very generously offered to donate them on my behalf. Heartwarming). To top it off, they do not address your emails, instead responding with automated saccharine "Dear Gorgeous" messages every single time. Euch. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
