If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter. She wore them 3 times before they started ripping and tearing. I asked for a replacement or refund if I returned them since they can’t even be worn anymore and I was told absolutely not- no exchanges, refunds or returns. I even included pictures of the boots ripping.

Edit after seeing their response- if I could include the pictures here, I would. There was no signs or wear and tear other than their fabric blatantly ripping off both boots. They were never worn in the rain/ got wet. They’re clearly made out of fabric that isn’t meant for shoes and the material is cheap. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a business before. They responded to all my emails up u til I asked how to leave a review on their own website and now they won’t answer me.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the boots. Based on the pictures you sent us, it’s very noticeable that the item was worn out, showing visible signs of fabric stress, ripping, and tearing. The boots have a textured chiffon upper, which is a very delicate, open-weave material resembling a fine net. Because of the fabric, the product page clearly states that these boots should only be cleaned by wiping.

We understand that the boots were only worn a few times; however, even light use can affect the condition of this delicate fabric. Factors such as moisture, the surfaces walked on, and how the boots were handled all contribute to wear, which in this case caused the damage visible in the photos.

Additionally, this order is already beyond the 30-day return policy, and as outlined on our website, damaged or defective items upon delivery should be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase.

As stated in our return policy, Joyfolie does not accept returns for merchandise that has been damaged due to washing attempts or normal wear and tear. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make care instructions as clear as possible to help prevent similar issues in the future.

I have purchased from this company…

I have purchased from this company several times and it never disappoints!! High quality clothing that looks incredible on! Most recently, I purchased the Hadara dress in Ecru. Great quality fabric, is stretchy, true to size, flattering, and has adjustable straps to fit my exact body! Its nice enough that I plan to wear it to a wedding. I will return to Joyfolie over and over again for nice clothing at reasonable prices.

I took a risk and bought 5 outfits on sale at 50% off in spite of the return policy that almost scared me off. Every piece fit perfectly and beautifully! I wouldn’t have wanted to return a single one.

I am very disappointed in this company

I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered 3 dresses off their 50% off sale. Waited almost two weeks to even get a confirmation my order had been received. Thankfully once the item was shipped it arrived VERY FAST! Unfortunately,all of the dresses l ordered are too big, the size chart is incorrect for each individual dress design, yet they use standard chart for every item. I can make 2 of the 3 dresses work, but decide to inquire about exchanging for a smaller size. I was approved, but only give FIVE days to get the item to the Post Office. I work a traditional 9-5 job that makes it very difficult to get to the post office during the week, by the time i could go to the Post office, the CANCELLED my exchange label! They have ZERO Human CSR, you will get the most polite AI responses. That even lie about being a human... At this point I will take the loss on the dress to never deal with this company again.

I've ordered several times from Joyfolie. Their dresses are beautiful and well made, and my photographer client closet is filled with them. Both the kids and adults love them and feel great in them during the photo session.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

There are so many things wrong with this place. First, I was told they're a small business, which is what drives their return policy - make sure to read and understand that before purchasing. I bought 2 dresses on sale in August and they were a crappy fit so I sent them back. I thought I was getting my money back and so I ordered the dresses again in a different size plus another dress for my cousin's wedding. Well, come to find out that the sale dresses are for site credit only, so I ended up with $200 in store credit. The dress I kept and wore ONCE for my cousin's wedding is falling apart at the seams already. The fit of the dress is definitely a result of some fast fashion Shein garbage but priced at 5xs that.

With the $200 site credit I bought myself a skirt I was eyeing, a top for my sister, 2 skirts for my sisters, and 3 dresses for my nieces. I got a lot for the $200 because they were having a sale. The dresses started falling apart immediately and my nieces were very disappointed. My sisters haven't complained about their skirts and the top. The skirt I got for myself is am utter nightmare and leads me to believe they use AI for advertising. There's no way this is the same skirt they advertised; it looks like octopus arms!!!

So in the end, the quality is cheap garbage that falls apart easily. The return policy makes it so you take a chance and then get stuck in a cycle of returns and exchanges (if you're lucky) before you really get stuck with crap.

ALSO!!! There's a VERY SHORT time window to use store credit before it's gone forever. It's either 30 or 60 days and I almost lost the $200 I was sitting on hoping to buy something I loved. This time frame includes any other exchanges in that time frame; it doesn't start over. So if you buy something October 1 and the credit expires November 30, that's it.

Order Quality & Presentation are Top Notch!

Just placed my first order with Joyfolie and I am thoroughly impressed! The promptness, presentation of the order, including very sweet personalized free gift, were just too cute! The dresses we received are clearly very high quality and we will certainly be ordering from Joyfolie again! Their customer service with a follow-up question I had was also 10/10! If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Return policy is not good. They only give limited time for use of store credit and refused actual.refund in returned merchandise. I will never buy from them again and recommend everyone avoid. Ordered serval dresses for my daughter's wedding, returned all items immediately that didn't fit or didn't like. Was issued store credit only, which expired soon after it was emailed. Attempted to get my money back, was refused any other offers to make it right.

The sad thing about this website is…

The sad thing about this website is that they have amazing dresses for little girls (not just women). They run sales a lot so you can get a really good deal on some of these dresses. However, the reason why I give them a 1 star is because of their customer service. They do NOT have their customers in mind, only filling their own pockets. If something is wrong with the order (that wasn’t your fault), they will fight you when you want the issue resolved. Meaning, you have to spend so much of your time going back and forth getting something resolved. I’ve had this happen multiple times with them now. And the resolution is never a refund btw. It’s always store credit or replacement. When the customer complains about something valid, just refund right away. It’s as simple as that.

Horrible with returns. Sketchy policy

I ordered a dress whichI tried on and immediately repackaged because it didn’t fit. I sent it back quickly. The emailed me that they would not refund me because they found a stain (of which they failed to attach a picture). This is literally impossible because sure I had the dress on for 1 minute at most. I’ll never even consider this company again. I highly advise you to find another option because their customer care is horrendous.

Will not cancel an order when requested

Placed an order and they wouldn’t cancel it when I asked. Their return policy is opaque, and they refuse to cancel an order even if it was placed in error. You’d have to file a chargeback with your credit card company to try and get your money back.

For the past 4 years I've ordered so…

For the past 4 years I've ordered so many girl dresses from this company. I never returned anyting. Even though sometimes the size runs a bit bigger for dresses I keep it.
Don't dry the clothes otherwise they shrink! I've learned that myself!
I like their fabric and I am grateful for their special offers that allow me to get more dresses at onces.
I will keep purchasing their dresses as I love their new collections all the time.

Pleased with my purchase

The dresses and designs this business sells are unique and very different from what I see elsewhere. I purchased two dresses from this business. Both of them are worth the price in terms of quality and design. I would definitely purchase again from them.
My only issue was with the sizing. Both the dresses are XL, but one is slightly small on me and the other slightly big. I wish their sizes were more consistent.

I ordered 3 different items

I ordered 3 different times, the boots are literally among my favorites and i get compliments on all of them! I have several dresses, varying materials and quality on them. For the most part, they are very nice and I am not disappointed. A couple are a bit wrinkly, which is expected after shipping, but overall i love them, my husband loves them, and my mom loves them! Bralettes…adorable and super comfy!

Order at your own risk

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the pic. Dress was too big. Got a discount on the dress so I was not able to return. So I lost $65. I wish I would have read more reviews or seen that they had 2 stars to begin with.
