Excellent customer service and fantastic mattress. You can’t go wrong

Good service, delay delivery due to Covid and I had to chase a couple of times for an update but all good in the end.

Have purchased numerous items of furniture in the last 12 months and have always received an outstanding, polite and speedy service. Will definitely be purchasing from the store again 😊

Excellent mattress. Great service

We bought a superking bed a few weeks ago, everything was fantastic from start to finish. I spoke to them over the phone about a mattress I had seen in another shop for a lot higher price, they said I could come into their shop and try the mattress and would be able to mix different brands of divan, headboard and mattress and they would give us further discounts. As told they did exactly that when we went in store and we got delivery and removal of our old mattress thrown in. When delivered a few weeks later, they brought everything upstairs into the bedroom and removed the old mattress as expected and then started to assemble the bed even though that wasn't part of the price. Great service, great staff, great bed. We highly recommend! :)

So pleased I found JSB Furniture. Smooth transaction, fantastic deal and i was constantly kept up to date of delivery . Thank you

Be careful with delivery as the only one guy came & left the sofa in-front of the house. That is horrible service from them. The quality of the sofa also not good. We need to pay for the return.

Searched high and low for a firm mattress which was actually firm!. Finally found the Healthopaedic Pasha 1500 Mattress at JSB Furniture.

Great selection - Great customer service - Prompt delivery.

What more could you ask for?..

Oh, the "Price is Right, So Come on Down"!..

Very pleased with our purchase. Friendly staff and excellent delivery service. Definitely buying more stuff from them again. Thank you JSB.

Absolutely love my corner sofa. Excellent quality and value and helpful staff.
