Average product. There's a stain on the holder that makes it look bad. is there return policy for this item?

Its almost 8 days passed to my order and no update on order despatch. Customer care don't pick phone, no response also on bot and also by e-mail. Pathetic.

Purchased the personalised bottle, the price charger is too much, i paid 919 for the bottle and the same is avaialble in market for just 299 plus printing cose around 50-100. So no worth to buy this from here.

Improve your customer service and i will not refer any of my friend to buy any product from this jucycart website

No customer assistance at all , no reply to mails , not picking up calls, even tried texting on insta gram. This bad review is not about your products ( which I didn’t receive ) this is due to utter poor assistance

I had requested you to change my delivery address much before the order was even shipped. I even messaged you on Instagram and provided you my new address. You replied and agreed to change the address. But still you have shipped it to my old address. Customer service is horrible. Very slow response.

Bought Tshirt and Mug from Jucycart. The quality is really good. Good options to customize your products. Nice designs. Would want to try more products.
