Great team that are super helpful
Great team that are super helpful. Payments is crucial to us and a big decision but they helped us through the process. Documentation could be better but I believe they are addressing that as they speak however their support teams are always responsive if you have questions.

Support staff are not good
The people at support staff are not even able to understand the requirements and write false statements on email.
I lost my project just because they promised me they can provide services which can fulfil my project requirements.
Please cross-check twice before doing anything.

We are a taxi company and have just started using Judopay as our platform for receiving customer's credit card payments. So far the service has been excellent. We previously received credit card payments using the system provided by our bank. It is easy to withdraw money and download transaction reports with Judopay. We are finding it much easier to use than the old online system we were using previously. In summary, all good so far.

Never go for JudoPay until you wanna suffer
Judopay is the kind of organization whose employees would make fake promises to you in order to achieve their sales goals.
Their payment integration process would leave developers clueless of what is to be done with no support or help from their support team.
I being a developer had the worst nightmares working with a payment provider like JudoPay. They have nothing listed to assist developers and even when I had the entire thing integrated with my own credibilities, they finally said that the client account could not be verified due to his business type, resulting in a loss of thousands of dollars to us and probably crushing down the business of the client.
This was after 4 months when they already provided assurance of their payment support to the client.
Being a developer, I would never ever recommend a sorry payment provider like JudoPay to any of my esteemed clients in future!!

Integration finalised on the 12 March 2018 , website then held up for 9 weeks with thousands of people unable to pay. Loads of complaints and the reputation of the site destroyed.... Beware these unscrupulous people that have no morals
