I was very impressed with the results Jumper Media was able to demonstrate in my business search rankings within my short trial period. They do a great job explaining the process, and take time to answer all of my questions. I like that there are monthly check in meetings with a friendly, knowledgable rep to make sure that their service continues to provide excellent results over time. Highly recommend!

they set up a meeting and I waited and then canceled because I don't have an address on my Google site which meets the criteria for my Google site because people have me come to their home or business. I have been scammed by other companies such as apex and Sky streamline. Do not trust them. The ad that they used to get my attention said that they would not charge anything until they prove their service. This was not true.

They waste my time!!! Schedule a meeting with me. I waited over 30 minutes, and no one was there. Be aware of scammers!! Check their reviews on Yelp! 2 stars reviews; now i understand why

Took time out of my day to set up a call with you and you never called after I reached out 3 times and waiting 20 minutes for your call. I think I'll pass, its a wonder how you're still in business tbh

I’ve been using their Instagram growth package and it’s great. My IG is getting actual followers that watch my stories and like & comment on my content. It’s been the only Instagram growth service I came across so far that is in comparison very reasonably priced for the fact that you are getting actual followers and I work in marketing so that says something. A few adjustments with the targeting had to be made in the beginning but the costumer service was quick and helpful. I recommend it!

Working with the Jumper team has been great so far. Looking forward to seeing what they can accomplish for my foot traffic here locally.

with all the bad comments, I am not sure I'll maintain my meeting with this company...
besides, I do not have the impression that reviews are reals (too vague and too...marketing but nothing specific).

I had my initial call with them, and they set up my free trial. They said they would select relevant keywords with good volume, but that wasn't done. When I had the follow up call, the person apologized and said they would extend the trial. He changed the keywords while I was on the call, but one of them was a very obvious typo. He acknowledged it, and said he would fix it. That was over two weeks ago, and it hasn't been fixed, and there has been zero follow up. Overall, the experience was that this company is not well run and there is a lack of professionalism.

There was no way to cancel. It did not have a live feed for the event they claimed one needed to sign up to view. Scam.

I've used jumper media for a few of my pages and have recommended them to friends. It's been such a turn around on activity and traction/exposure than i've had before! Highly recommend.

I wish I knew about Jumper Media sooner! Once I signed up with them I noticed an immediate spike in local leads! Colton is really knowledgeable in marketing and SEO and has been a tremendous help! Don’t waste your time with other agencies, Jumper is the real deal!
