I bought a JumpFlex about 10 years ago. The mat recently got a tear and the customer service to replace not only the mat but the entire trampoline was amazing. The build quality, the customer service and the experience was a breath of fresh air compared to any experience you would get from any service. I live in Canada and I can tell you this is rare and the price I paid was the actual sticker price. Tax included. Like amazing. Awesome!!!!

Easy to order. Delivered when expected. Trampoline is great. Very sturdy. Easy to put together. Have ordered the slide. Great safety feature for younger children.

Great trampoline, fun for kids and adults!
The assembly instructions were a little vague but the online video made sense of it! Overall a solid trampoline that feels sturdy even with a large adult on it.

This is definitely the best “spring” trampoline on the market. Typical trampoline set up, kind of a pain, but not too bad. We were missing one spring out for the box but their customer support sent me out a 10 pack of springs right away, no questions asked! Really like that a company is easy to deal with and has a lifetime warranty on their products. That’s extremely hard to find these days! Great job Jumpflex!

We had a great experience with jumpflex. The trampoline came quickly and was exactly as advertised. Our kids love it and my wife and I get on there too 😂. It’s expensive yes but we are so happy with our purchase. I can tell that this thing is high quality. Thank you!

The product is fantastic, 5 stars on the trampoline. Very easy assembly. The shipping however was less than ideal. The product came across the country in 3 days, and was stalled in a storage facility for 5 days approximately 50kms from me before being delivered to my house. Only reason not a full 5 stars.

Exceeded our expectations. This trampoline will last for years with our kids. It look high end and it it high end ! Keep on jumping!

I preordered 2 trampolines (12ft-14ft). They both arrived around the scheduled delivery date. Followed instructions with no problems during assembly. Looks to be made quite well and will be tested this summer along with being left outside for upcoming winter. So far so so good

Very happy with our purchase! It arrived very quickly and it was easy to set up! The only complaint is that we wish we knew ahead of time that we'd have to disassemble a few things to get the basketball net up (it arrived a few days later so we didn't have those instructions to look at). We wanted a trampoline that could hold the entire family (2 adults, 14yo and 11 yo) and Jumpflex did not disappoint!!!

For us having a higher weight limit, nice design and safety net (and sun shade!) was a cool option. It’s a high quality trampoline and was from Canada so that made it an easy choice for a lot of reasons including warranty and knowing who to contact if there were troubles with the trampoline. It’s been awesome and the kids love it, no complaints

Great trampoline, very bouncy, my boys love the basketball net that can be purchased separately. Great customer service. There was a part missing to install the basketball net and I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and sent us a whole new net.

Our trampoline were out of stock upon initial order however it did become available in the time frame that Jumpflex had promised. Once available, delivery took only a few days. Set up of the 12 ft trampoline was a bit challenging but with two people we did get it done in 2 days, working at it a few hours each time. Manual and Videos were available to help guide us through the set up. Once set up, you can tell it is great quality. Our two boys have been jumping every day since we have had it and they never tire of it. We had to replace one part, that once available came right away, no questions asked. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend a Jumpflex trampoline to anyone.
