We are really happy with our Trampoline. The kids love it, the quality is great, the instructions for building it where clear and made it easy to follow. We had a little issue with a velcro strap buckle breaking so I sent an email to customer service and less then 24 hours later they had shipped out new velcro straps! I had also contacted them by email with questions regarding my order before the delivery and the customer service rep was really on point, they answer emails quickly and are very friendly and helpful. Overall very happy with the entire experience from beginning to end.

Les enfants s’en donnent à cœur joie avec un produit sécuritaire qui semble de qualité. Le temps confirmera le tout.

We did our research and looked at many companies. We ordered from Canada where we get wild weather. 1 week after set up we got a wind storm with gusts of wind up to 50km/h. It stayed put!!! Lots of neighbours were not so lucky.

I would definitely recommend 2-3 strong people for assembly when it comes to installing the mat on the springs. Kids love it!

Great product, kids are very happy, arrived with a couple of safety pole sleeves where the stitching was a bit off but customer service was great and they sent me a pack of new sleeves without delay. Would recommend

Very happy with our purchase. Website experience was easy and smooth, all packages (5) arrived within a week. Assembly instructions were clear, and fighting kids made assembly go even faster. We love our new trampoline, and so does the rest of the neighbourhood!

We received the unit in short order and have already assembled it.
The trampoline is very solid built compared to our neighbours and assembly was relatively simple. In 3.5 hours we had the 15ft assembled and ready for use!

The trampoline and accessories came quickly. Very good quality. Grandkids absolutely love it and the basketball net is a huge hit.

The 15’ trampoline arrived faster than estimated(within a week).
Easy to assemble, easy instructions.
If you buy the basket ball net with it, make sure you read those instructions before you start the project, makes it easier.

We had a manufacturer defect with the netting but customer service was so fast getting back to me and sent out a replacement right away!
Shipping delays are happening across all industries right now so I can't fault JumpFlex for our delay. They communicated the delay right away and it still arrived sooner than we expected. (It's too bad that people leave one star reviews based solely on a shipping delay.) I'd order again from JumpFlex in a heartbeat!
