Enjoying the 14ft Trampoline.
Tramploline was delivered as required before Christmas. Assembly did take a few hours but it was as per instructions. There was an issue with a broken buckle on Projam pole, requesting replacement from Jumpflex. Family and grandchildren have been enjoying the extra space of the larger 14ft trampoline. Good way to play together.

Don’t waste your money
You’d be better off buying a cheaper trampoline and replacing it every few years once sun damage kicks in. Just found out “weather damage” isn’t covered by warranty after wasting $1500 on a trampoline I expected to outlast my kids childhood. Entire safety net has basically been rendered useless after 14 months now due to the sun destroying a few clips. Completely inevitable given what the product is.

Fun, fitness and frequent flipping
The kids just love our Jumpflex 12 foot trampoline. They are aged 9 and 13 and it's big enough for both of them to really enjoy jumping and flipping, etc! The quality seems very good, but I don't think it's as "easy" to put together as we hoped when we ordered it. We also wondered if we might have ordered a roof for the tramp to protect the kids from the hot sun, but they would have just been bumped their heads on that with every jump. When we ordered it, we were a day late after the guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery, so I rang them to gauge how things might go. Interestingly, the lady seemed keen to discourage me to buy a tramp, saying that she didn't think it would make it anywhere near Christmas... We ordered one anyway online and it arrived a whole week before Christmas. So well done Jumpflex and thank you very much! :)

The trampoline is excellent
The trampoline is excellent, good quality. I was how ever missing a part of the trampoline, these things happen. My review is based on the time it took to get hold of a customer service representative which took a few days of calling.
But with that said when I did get hold of some one they was extremely helpful in getting the parts out to me in good time.

Customer service was fine
Customer service was fine. But having to pay for a new net and spring protector only after 4 years seems crazy. You should disclose that your trampolines only last 4-5 years. The bottom metal legs were completely rusted out, however this was covered under warranty. Great trampoline, just disappointed that half the product falls apart after a few years.

Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick. Set up with one person is not very easy. The spacers snapped putting it together and then when it was up. The gap between the net and the mat is a negative. And the metal hooks that attach the net to the mat keep coming out.
Haven’t received the replacement spacers yet but I think they will just snap again.
Bounce is fine but all trampolines should bounce okay.
All in all an average product in my experience.

great trampoline, all good except the sunshade
Good delivery, great trampoline and good bounce. The only thing I didn't like that much was the sunshade which doesn't cover the whole surface above and lets leaves in. I will buy a universal shade that covers it better instead

Only tested by the adults!!!
As a Christmas Gift to 2 children it seemed to be a perfect fit for the area we had. The children test jumped the trampoline for 5 minutes and then left it to the adults to test. It's great, plenty of bounce and so, so, much fun. Don't buy these just for the kids, get the bigger one and have some family fun - I dare you

Love it!
Our two boys (6&2) are absolutely loving the 12ft tramp! We got it for them for Xmas and it arrived two days before which was perfect. Unfortunately the hoop somehow got lost in transit, however the shipping company AND Jumpflex rectified this straight away! I contacted both and Jumpflex emailed straight back even though it was the day before Xmas eve and they sent a new one that day which arrived the following week. We have been so impressed with the service and so far with the tramp. It was quite easy to put up taking one person and only about two hours, with a few interruptions from little people 😄

Pretty easy to put together
Pretty easy to put together , didn’t get the smart shade I ordered but only took one email and they sent a new one straight away so can’t complain about the customer service!
Bought it for Christmas and already have one of the plastic clips broken and had to zip tie the net back on so that’s a bit disappointing but overall a good quality and sturdy trampoline!

Hi. Thank you for sending the replacement springs, unfortunately I had to replace 10 springs on further inspection as some were stretched and ready to break. This is extremely disappointing as we have only had the trampoline 6-7 months. We previously had a Springfree trampoline and there rods lasted at lot longer and now we are concerned this trampoline will not last very long.

Our Jumpflex 12ft trampoline arrived…
Our Jumpflex 12ft trampoline arrived while we were moving house so didn't get the chance to unpack and assemble for nearly a week. Unfortunately during assembly we found that it was missing 48 of the 72 springs required. I contacted Jumpflex by email then followed up with a phone call the next day. When I explained the issue , the lady who assisted was extremely helpful and organised delivery of the springs that were missing from the original order. They arrived the very next day. When the weather improves I will continue the assembly. Very impressed with Jumpflex customer service! Looking forward to the kids getting to jump on the trampoline soon.
