Great trampoline
Great trampoline. My kids love it, they even enjoyed working together to set it up. Delivery time was reasonable too. Great instructions to follow as well. Thanks Jumpflex
The slide is for smaller kids, it also seems quite flimsy and may not keep up with the Australian sun.

Delivery was before the date stated
Delivery was before the date stated when ordered which was amazing as it was for my sons bday. The delivery driver called me the day of delivery and dropped off the pallet and put it undercover as we were away at the time. He sent a photo to show proof of delivery and that where he put it was okay which was also great. The trampoline was of great quality and easy to put together. All in all I highly recommend. We purchased the 14 foot tramp with sunshade and slide.

What a fantastic product and company
We purchased the Trampoline about 6 years ago now, our 2 teenage kids are not the most gentle on things. We have had a couple of failures over the years (im really surprised its not a pile of scrap metal by now) and we have emailed them and within a couple of days replacement parts have been free of charge delivered. i cannot speak highly enough about this product and company, i would give them 100 stars if i could

Jumpflex is a great product at a reasonable price. Arrived quickly from when I ordered and we live remote. Was very easy to install with no tools required.
They forgot to ship shade top I paid for. Sent an email and was as easy as will it out on courier asap. Arrived a 5 days later.
Overall very happy customer and kids are on it everyday.

Great trampoline and excellent customer service
I am extremely happy with the 12 ft JumpFlex trampoline that I purchased recently.
Jit from JumpFlex provided excellent customer service and support.
The trampoline looks fantastic, has a great bounce and is very safe to use.
My son absolutely loves his new trampoline and uses it daily.
I would highly recommend JumpFlex as a trampoline producer. This is the second JumpFlex trampoline my family has bought and I am pleased with the company’s customer service and support - both online and over the phone.
The 12 ft trampoline is a good size.
I am able to jump on the trampoline with my son and there is ample bouncing space on the mat.

The best team ever
This has been an awesome company to deal with! The actual trampoline is awesome and is a perfect addition to the backyard. There was a mistake made by us when putting it together and the replacement part was sent out and received in 48hrs so was still able to have it up for the weekend. Thank you so much for an awesome product and even better customer service.

Awesome slide
Slide is fantastic as it adds to the fun and its well made and a safe design. I love the wave which has been incorporated for slowing down and fun factor.

Very happy with the trampoline
Very happy with the trampoline, well built and not that hard to put together took me and my partner 2 hours to put the 12” would highly recommend jump flex to others.
