Not only is Jumpflex a great product, but their customer service is so great! They honor their warranty and they make is very simple to get a replacement. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a trampoline. I feel at ease knowing my kids are safe while on the trampoline! Thank you Jumpflex for making a great product and having wonderful customer service.

We found holes in our net and mat. I emailed the company and they responded within a few hours. I was amazed! They right away asked for videos and pictures of the issue, and as soon as they received it the shipped us a new mat and net. Totally free. Amazing customer service and really amazing product!!

The trampoline is phenomenal. It is so secure and the kids love it. My only complaint is how awful the instructions were to set it up. Having to redo the springs in multiple steps was dreadful. I truly would have paid for someone to have set it up for us.

Jumpflex employees response quickly and getting my son the additional parts. His wife found the original part in their closet after receiving the new additional parts. Our whole experience with Jumpflex has been amazing and my grandsons love the trampoline.

Our safety net ripped near the zipper. We contacted jumpflex and without any questions or pictures or anything, they sent a new safety net and received it in a timely manner! Super customer friendly and made our entire experience super awesome and stress free. A great quality Trampoline at an affordable price! Some of the nuts and bolts on the safety poles loosen over time. I lost some nuts and washers to the lawn like this. Replacement hardware pack arrived within days free of charge.

I ordered replacement parts from Jumpflex twice with the same experience. I ordered safety poles two Months ago in August 2022. I have followed up three times and they blame the pandemic; it's already October 2022 the pandemic started in late 2019. Twice their logistic manager has said my parts are two weeks from the warehouse and restock. I have lost confidence in this brand. According to their site I can order a new trampoline and have it delivered within two weeks. There must be some kind of inventory? Still no update on my order at this time of review. I personally discouraged anyone from future purchases find a professional grade trampoline for the price. The overall prices have also inflated almost 1/3 for a new purchase since 2020. Why sell parts if there aren't any parts to deliver. I suspect they are out sourcing from another country. Cheap alloys and cheap labor. No one takes pride anymore. Sorry Jumpflex but you have disappointed me and my family.

Bought a replacement net and it had a defect. Contacted Jumpflex and they immediately sent me a replacement. Great service and easy to work with. This trampoline has held up well. I'm impressed with all the use this received especially during COVID.
