Overall a great quality trampoline. The springs are nice and tight. It is not necessarily easy to put together. Takes a good 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours but wasn’t bad. Like how the bars are safely away from the enclosure. Hopefully, quite sticks up over time with hot and cold. That is yet to be determined.

The trampoline first and foremost is the best on the market. I have a 2 & 5 and they live on our trampoline!! The zipper got stuck and I reached out to a representative and she not only replaced the entire net, she got it done in time for my daughter's 5th birthday. I recommend jumpflex highly!! Thumbs up and 100% amazing customer service!!! I also never give reviews like this, because I'm so disappointed most of the time with customer service. But jumpflex deserves praise!! Shout out to Savuth!!

Customer support at jumpflex is above expectations. Not only do they make a quality product, but the warranty is outstanding and backed up by the company. It's an added bonus that the agent's New Zealand accents are so damn sexy.

Outstanding product with even better support!

We ordered a 14’ trampoline on a Sunday and it was delivered by Wednesday! Of course it was going to the Bay Area. Our daughter and son-in-law took about 3 hours to assemble it and have been bouncing on it with their 7 year old daughter every day since. They are very pleased with it.

Excellent customer service

I have a bunch of kids and have had many trampolines over the years, but this trampoline and the company that makes it are the best in the world. The trampoline is well made, easy to put together and very durable. The company stands behind the product and are super responsive. I will never buy a trampoline from anyone else and I recommend them to everyone that I know.

Great customer service and great quality

I thought the net poles came together, not separate. I reached out when I realized the miscommunication and was sent new top poles, with no additional charge.
Although the original order took a while because it was on back back order, I was kept in the loop.

Order was timely, had an issue with 1 missing spring. Jumpflex sent replacement promptly even though it was several weeks later at install when missing item discovered. Long wait for slide but upon restock was promptly sent. Only thing that bugged me was I had to pay for shipping when I could have ordered thru amazon shipping free at same price. Opted to order direct from company to ensure I did not receive someone else's return with missing or defective parts since I had to pay for professional install.

They have great products and the customer service is so wonderful, they were easy to talk to and let them know what I needed! Thank you for being an awesome!!
