AVOID. AVOID!
They delivered the wrong product ie not what I ordered.
I emailed them but was ignored. They have a phone number but you are forced to leave message (they don't callback).
Customer service is horrendous. They take your money and don't care. I want to return the wrong product for a refund but they don't answer my messages hence why I have been forced to raise a formal dispute. Ps I have since found the product I ordered half the price elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

where ok for a couple of orders, then sent totally different glasses to what was pictured on their website, so don't expect to receive what you order !

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on 11th August. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email. Later that day I sent them an email with a screenshot of my order confirmation stating I had not received anything from them, that I had a pending transaction with my card issuer and requesting confirmation of the order. My email was not dignified with a response.
I looked at some other TrustPilot reviews, regretted my decision to purchase from this business but decided to keep an open mind. I called them 10 business days later, on the 26th. Android phone displayed the business as "Smoothie Operator". The call went straight to voicemail twice, in line with other reviews I had read. I resigned myself to have to get my money back via the card issuer. I made one last try and to my surprise the call was answered.
The gentleman I spoke to was helpful, confirmed my delivery address but stated that my email address was missing the final 'k' from a yahoo.co.uk email suffix. This was a lie. I informed him I was looking at the screenshot I sent on the day I made the order and all the details, including the email address were fine. He said he'd have the order re-sent and it would come by the end of the week, maybe early the next week.
They arrived today 2nd September, one week later. I'm happy with the product. However, having had a chance to look at the FAQs while I was waiting for these sunglasses to arrive:
"UK mainland and channel islands delivery cost is a flat £2.00 per order. However, if you purchase 2 pairs (or more) of any kind, the shipping cost will be FREE."
I purchased 2 pairs and I was charged £2.50. This was presented to me at checkout so I can't complain, but the company's own policy states it should have been free.
"UK orders are sent First Class Royal Mail. So generally speaking from when you place your order, you should receive it within 5 days."
My order was sent via Evri and it took 16 days.
My overall conclusion about this business is that they aren't scammers as other reviewers have suggested, they are just really badly run. Shocking communication, poor fulfilment, under-staffed customer support function. I received what I paid for in the end so a one star rating would be unfair

Sent the wrong items, tried calling several times, goes to voicemail. Emailed and no reply after 2 days.

I ordered some glasses. The only payment receipt that I got was from PayPal, nothing from Just Glasses themselves to acknowledge that I had bought glasses from them. The glasses never arrived. I have sent two emails to them asking where the glasses are. No reply. It has been over a month. I am receiving marketing emails from them of course! Terrible terrible terrible.

The glasses were just the job - much better quality than the rubbish I'd been buying previously and which didn't last very long.
Just Glasses provided excellent service too!

A pair of sunglasses broke after only a handful of times wearing them having always been kept in the case.

As a repeat customer, I sent a very polite and speculative email, asking if it might be possible to receive a complimentary replacement.

This was promised twice - once by email and again after having had to follow it up by phone.

Nothing was delivered, despite repeated requests. Extremely poor customer service which I am following up with the senior managers of this company.

the glasses got here eventually. we are in greece and the first package never arrived so they sent again by courier, no questions asked. the only reason for not 5 stars is complete absence of communication. I had no responses to any emails so had to phone (from greece) multiple times to get the desired result.
the glasses are as expected so we were happy with the product.

Very disappointing company to deal with with non existant customer service skills. I recently ordered a pair of glasses from them. Once the order had gone through I received no confirmation of my order, I then emailed them several times as the order had not arrived after 8 days and received no responses to any of my emails. When they did finally arrive in a very thin jiffy bag the glasses were damaged so I returned them the same day sending them an email which I received no reply to. Eventually I had to involve my bank in order to force a refund from them as I expect none would of been forthcoming without my banks involvement. Awful company with no basic customer service skills and no interest in dealing with a customer in a respectable manner.

glasses were of good quality took nine days to arrive,hard to contact but i managed and custumer service was good,but had to ring afew times,ordered twice by mistake got refund no problem they need to send conformation email so people dont worry ,like me they are trading they need to improve custumer servie

No email confirmation of order.
No answer when calling by phone.
No replies to emails sent.
Seems to be a scam.
I obviously won't be using it again.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering but the website didn't throw up any red flags. Why are all the 5* reviews by reviewers with 1 review?? Very suspicious. Ordered 3 pairs of glasses, no confirmation mail, no shipment mail, no replies to voice messages or emails and no glasses.
Update - Glasses received today, but some communication would have been good. Glasses aren't what was portrayed in the photo but I'm not going to go through the pain of trying to return them.

Wish i had read the reviews. The clip ons were as advertised so ordered sunglasses. The sunglasses delivered were a different model, different style, different manufacturer, different lens materiel, in other words, totally different and unsuitable!
Contacted them by email: no response.
Contacted them by phone, straight to voicemail and no response.
Contacted them a second time, straight to voicemail again.
I suppose if something looks too good to be true, the chances are it is. Shame as if they had supplied the actual product ordered and not some unsuitable substitute, it could have been good.

Dreadful. Failed to deliver one of 2 sunglasses. Promised refund- failed via PayPal. Glasses broke within 24 hours. Avoid

This company was dissolved and is still trading,avoid at all costs!

ordered 2 pairs mens glasses and 1 womens pair, 8days ago, money went straight out of my account, signed up before ordering but now unable to log into Just Glasses as said log in not recognised. No confirmation email of order worried I have been scammed by this company as per other reviews.

Ordered glasses two weeks ago and they arrived today. When I phoned on different occasions it went to answerphone & no returned my call. I also chased up by email and had no reply. But they arrived today and look good.

I have been buying reading glasses from Just Glasses for several years, the service has always been good, the glasses are excellent value for money. I had to contact them today over a lens issue, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and without question, immediately offered to send a replacement. Very impressed by such good service.

Ordered two pairs of glasses, branded "Montana Eyewear"
Two pairs of extremely cheap non-brand glasses arrived, poorly packaged.

Companies House shows Just Glasses Limited officially Dissolved as of 16 August 2022.

Complete rip off, I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses, only received 1 which was absolutely rubbish and of Christmas cracker quality. Was advised I'd get the second pair shortly afterwards, that was 5 weeks ago and still nothing. An absolute scam - avoid like the plague!!!
