Didn't get the product I ordered and they can not correct the order. They've asked me to return the product and they will refund me. It took them forever to get back to me. Now i doubt if a refund will be processed.
I have been calling and emailing them due to a defective golf net and they do not get back to you. There is no customer service, this company is a scam.
I placed a order on April 20 and have sent several e-mails and phone calls but have not heard from them It is now May 7 and nothing yet. If I do not hear from them I will be contacting my credit card company and great a dispute and get my money back

Have ordered many items from Just golf and have never had any issues but when trying to contact them that is a different issue. When you call you get the feeling that they have many customer reps but just happen to be busy and will get back to you within the next business day doesn't happen if at all. I have emailed called and has now been 8 days. As a result I will cease all ordering from this company

I got cheated and trapped! Order received but face masks are totally not the type they posted into their websites. Its quality is the type I can get from my grocery store (not filtration efficiency level stated) which costs much less cheaper and I am definitely not willing to buy! Contacted them and their reply is that I can return back to them but in my own cost of return postage. What's true and authentic promise they say in their website!!!
