We went with our family for dinner on 23rd June 2023. Around 15th July we received a parking ticket for my wife's car. Upon approaching the company with a copy of the restaurant bill proof, I was informed that there was nothing to worry and that I should just upload the proof and they will cancel the ticket. I followed their instructions and did exactly what they asked me to do. When I uploaded the bill, I received and automatic reply that they will contact me in 28 days. To my total surprise, after around 6 to 7 weeks I get a direct letter from debt recovery that I must pay the bill now of £170.00 or else they will take me to court. No doubt I have now written to all of them but I strongly recommend that nobody should ever visit this unprofessional unethical company for either Golf or dinner. Bigshot golf is a cowboy corner shop attitude organisation. Good luck to anybody to goes there.

My son insisted on going here with his friends, on his birthday - 21 July 2023. I registered my car at reception, paid for 9 boys in total to register and play for an hour, and went back to work; my total stay did not exceed 30 minutes. I’ve returned from holiday today to a parking charge notice for unauthorised parking! Is this a joke or a dishonest scheme being run by Big Shots Golf and Park & Control?
